Mentioned in passing it was my sons first birthday coming up, a few days after installation complete they sent a helium balloon to him wishing him happy birthday! Suffice to say, beyond exceptional customer service, they understand they're working in a remote area with longstanding customer relations - and accountability. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.9 months later we asked Kane: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Definitely has! We now get a CREDIT from our electricity provider instead of a roughly $1k bill each quarter! The benefits of living in the desert ;)10 April 2019
