No problems. Got 3 quotes.
Got 3 quotes. 1 not competitive. other 2 very close.Installers very polite, tidy, professional.
Good after sales service.
8 months later we asked Paul: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

They have gone broke!!
Ocean Solar have nicked off and taken my deposit with them. ASIC shows the company is currently being deregistered. Do not buy anything from them.Inverter rating: 1/5

Quality system

Good customer service
The price was not the cheapest but the communication was helpful and genuine. Having a local installer hopefully offers some longterm security.Choice of inverters was limited and for that and panel quality I took Ocean Solar on their word.
The tin roof complains most of the day as it heats up and cools down, a feature of the fixings I suspect.
The installers were a happy bunch which usually reflects a company that has good management. I would recommend them. However, if you want to go a premium off grid system you had better do your research and be prepared to spend more money.

Excellent service from start to finish
I got several quotes for solar from three different installers. Ocean Solar were the only ones to ask me about current and planned future electricity usage. They provided two quotes for different size systems, and after some careful thought i also decided on some upgrades. The revised quote was provided within a day, and subsequently accepted!Following this, installation was scheduled promptly, the team turned up on time and were done within a day. The site was left tidy and all work was of good quality. They even went out of their way to assist me out of hours to get connected to the Solar Monitoring App.
All in all, exceptional service from Ocean Solar, i will certainly be recommending them.

Beautiful installation
The quote was thorough and detailed and questions readily answered. Installation crew was efficient, friendly, vibrant and TIDY, with a lovely result. Post-installation I was provided with details to provide to my energy provider.
