As the installation was at our holiday house, initially I had to speak with Nick (NexGen) over the phone to discuss options and he was most considerate in providing time to discuss & consider the various options - panel brand, type, layout of panels, inverter options, etc. One time when we were in residence, Nick came to physically review our phone choices and we did make some alterations and confirmations. Nick was most polite and informative about our options and did not pressure us to adopt a set plan. Installation went very smoothly over 2 days and we are very pleased with final outcome. Nick and his other installer were very polite and considerate of our house and cleaned up any mess. At the same time, we had the power board upgraded to current technology and are very pleased with the result.Overall, I would highly recommend NexGen for solar installations.
7 months later we asked Peter: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Absolutely - perhaps even above expectations. Very happy we did this. Am even considering adding 3 more panels.

The service of providing quotes was excellent, the speed and quality was very good. Great follow up.
