7 years and still does not work! Wish I never went with nexenenergy they took my money, I have never seen a rebate and the solar is not active.
Nexenenergy put panel on the roof broke tiles on the roof and failed to tell me. (I had plenty of spare tiles) The first big rain and my granddaughters bedroom ceiling collapsed under the weight of the water. Little did I know, my solar has never worked, nexenenergy don't answer emails, when i call their parramatta office I get an answering machine to leave a number and a promise to call you back but that doesn't happen. This has been a nightmare and my next step is going to their office in Parramatta. My advice is shop local and if these guys come knocking at your door, don't open the door27 March 2024

Poor company
Slow to install, asked for payment befor anything being done, poor quality installation by non qualified personal three years on connections coming apart, brackets falling off, screws missing on the securing feet 50%, still no cert of compliance?Inverter rating: 1/5

Terrible experience with Nexen Energy Solutions
My Dad was talked into signing a contract and paying for panels he did not need. He already had panels, but a circuit had tripped. The on-site salesman took no care to suggest the most likely fix. I'm not in the industry and it took me all of 30 seconds to diagnose and fix.The panels were promptly delivered, and money happily taken.
When the order was cancelled the panels were collected, but the company has refused to refund my Dad for the panels that are no longer in his possession.
After numerous follow-ups over many months, my Dad has still not received his refund. With no options left, I've submitted a complaint to NSW Fair Trading. Fingers crossed that my Dad finally gets his refund
Steer clear of this mob.

Very good installation
After an initial stuff up in the quotation then subsequent negotiations I received a good quality 3 phase 6 Kw system. The installation was delayed a few days due to the weather. It went ahead on the agreed date and is very successful. The installation team did a very good and neat job led by Ben Walsh. They were very courteous and helpful and cleaned up everything after finishing. The grid connection was completed with the installation adding to an already operating system.22 January 2019
