The tradesman arrived on time and completed the installation in 6 hours on a very hot day 38 deg. Not one bit of mess left behind. Gave me a full run down on the invertor. The sales person Russell Hasan was the nicest person you could meet and his knowledge limitless. No monies was required up front and when he came back to check to see if everything was done to our satisfaction he still didn't ask for any money. I was the one that brought up payments. I cant transfer the full amount as I have a daily limit and that still didn't bother them....recommend them to anyone interested in Solar Installation or any electrical work..

So far it seems to be OK. Meter is spinning backwards on most days. Have not had the bi-directional meter installed as yet. Original ratings

I would reccommend New Generation Solar to anyone who is interested, the rep took the time to visit, explain everything and emailed quotes that same night (he'd already given us an approximation) we choose the 3kw system but upgraded to the 4kw inverter so we can add another 6 panels should we need to in the years to come.

The salesman explained everything clearly , We knew what was getting done and when for system installation. All costs were explained , also we were told how to maximize our system to get the best benefit . such as washing at night.
