Excellent experience

This is a great company to deal with. Shane in sales, Emmett in Customer Experience and the installation team were all professional and reliable. I wanted to buy a battery and the first company I engaged couldn't get the item from Tesla. The second company promised me they had stock and had allocated it to me but the agreed installation date came and went so I cancelled once again. I called Natural Solar and was fired up after two failures but they did exactly as they promised and the price was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with my new solar system

Emmett from Natural Solar did a great job of organising the Solar installation for my somewhat tricky home and the installers (Michael and crew from Spectral) did a fantastic job on the day, liaising with me about options to come up with the best solution and working long hours in shocking heat to get the job done. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my new system. Thanks guys!

Powerwall 3 install went smoothly.

While there was some initial date juggling the Powerwall 3 Install was done very professionally with no surface conduits and wiring. Connected for the last 2 days to a 8.2kw Enphase system, provides blackout protection on a large part of the home and allows the Enphase to charge battery in a sunny blackout. Tesla app is very clear and while some control enhancements would make it better, it is easy to use. For example- Would like to charge other brand EV’s only when getting solar generation and not grid.
So far so good.

Excellent service and no pressure sales

We inquired about adding another Tesla 2 battery to our system, then decided we weren't ready to purchase. Alan at Natural Solar was great - no pressure / hard sell. Really appreciated this. Six months later the batteries were being cleared out and finances were more robust. We picked up where our discussion with Alan left off and arranged it in no time. He is a pleasure to deal with. The installation team arrived when scheduled (amazing!). They were really polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. They made sure I could see the battery charging on the app before they left. I recommend Natural Solar with no hesitation.

Outstanding experience with Natural Solar on my battery purchase

Purchased PW2 battery from Natural Solar. Emmett was easy to deal with, transparent with the pricing, keep me updated on the progress and installation.

Installation was done to my utmost satisfaction. The installers, Carson and Selvanayagam were professional in their work, consulted with me prior to the installation on the placement of the battery. They actually left the site cleaner than it was before.

After the installation, Emmett was still very quick in his responses to my queries, if not faster, than during the sales process.

It's been only a day since the installation but everything seems to work very well.

Excellent experience overall. Cannot recommend them enough.

We recently had our Tesla Powerwall 3 installed by Natural Solar, with Rupen as our sales representative. He provided clear communication and excellent follow-up, making the quoting process seamless. Natural Solar’s fair and transparent pricing, along with the NSW battery rebate, made them our choice.

The installation team was professional, and efficient, completing the work to a standard while keeping the site tidy. After the installation, Emmett followed up to check on the process and explained their ability to monitor the Tesla Powerwall 3 remotely, offering support for any questions. A seamless journey.

From when I emailed for some info on a Tesla Powerwall,to having a Powerwall 3 installed the exsperience has been extremely positive.
The appropriate information supplied by the sales person,the appointment for installation, the actual installation, and the immediate follow-up support, by staff members was efficient,polite and appropriate.
When I receive this high quality of service,the price becomes somewhat unimportant. Simply because high quality service indicates I have a high quality product, with ongoing support.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service from Natural Solar. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. They explained what they were doing and how to use the battery and the Tesla app.

Slow start, good finish....

Initially, Natural Solar was not very good at communicating the program they were delivering. The product, installation, and after-sales, however, were excellent. If they had been on the ball from the start, this would've been a 5 star rating. The latter personnel knew their product, the sales staff were poor and did not communicate delivery times or know the product sufficiently to answer the questions customers need to know and didn't follow up, unless pushed.

Great service - would use again.

The team at Natural Solar were responsive, approachable and very helpful. The installation took place days after I made payment, and - upon reconciling the works completed - Natural Solar approached me to actively process the relevant refund. I would recommend to work them of the Tesla Powerwall 2 installation.

Brillant installers

Have had installed a Tesla Battery yesterday. Natural Solar handled the whole exercise with professional ease, that meant I did not have to do anything except pay. The installation was carried out by quick clever installers who were a pleasure to have around.

It also was not as expensive as I thought it would be. An App for your phone is included so you can keep an eye on what's going , with easy reach of support if you need it. Great

NOW IS THE TIME TO GET THE TESLA BATTERY

I have been wanting to obtain a quality battery for quite a while. Now that the Tesla 2 battery is available at a more sensible price I was motivated to investigate who is the best installer. My research found Natural Solar and I have been pleased with the whole experience. From the initial contact with Rupen sorting out requirements and then the brilliant instillation by Brad which included a lucid discussion of how the system operates and what I should monitor. Several days later Emmett contacted me to complete the paperwork and also reminded me of the attractive additional rebate that Randwick Council also offers. Emmett's advise has been very rewarding and made the whole experience very satisfying. I have already told some friends about this and they are also considering jumping in with these guys.

Great installation

I was very happy with the quote and the information I was given. I also called back for information I was unsure of and they were very patient so I understood.
The installation arrival ran a bit late which wasn't a problem but the 2 guys were working in the rain and for 2 hours in the dark because there is no light ,especially when power has to go off. The installers helped me download the app and showed me how to read it.

Happy with new Tesla Powerwall 2 connected to existing panel system

Natural Solar had contacted us following our request for a quote on a battery installation. Purchase process was explained clearly, and the cost was less than expected.
Installation was just a few days after purchase. Installer arrived early on appointed day and was finished within around 3 hours. Grid connection was completed at this time. Tesla app was downloaded on my phone and brief explanation of the app features was explained.
I am able to follow the charging operations and watch the battery's charging and discharging as power is used in our home.

No-fuss Tesla Battery installation

Natural Solar did a great job of letting me know my options. They happily spent extra time on the phone with me while I did the maths on the value of 1 battery or 2, given my power usage and existing solar system (It turns out the first battery would be fully utilised but the second would generally only get a half charge, so 1 battery will be a better option).
The installers were professional, helpful, and tidy. I had a couple of different locations where the battery could have been placed, they chose a spot that was out of the way but could easily be expanded, if I later wanted another one.

What an enjoyable experience.

From the first moment I contacted Natural Solar I was totally amazed at their professionalism, their very good pricing and the speed of processing my Powerwall request into its installation. The fact that they stock the Powerwalls in their own inventory allows for a lightning fast progression to the installation stage.

I was initially drawn to Natural Solar for their amazing price that tromped all over the other quotes that I had, and I am so glad I became a client.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Jack Lucas who bent over backwards to make sure everything progressed smoothly.

From my very first contact, staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
