Do not go near Natural Solar.

Do not go near Natural Solar. Once you are signed up with the deposit there is next to no responses and it's impossible to get out. They change equipment to lower quality on you after signing up and paying the deposit, provide to refund to the difference, and try to hide it through rushing you with last minute approvals before they try to install it.

They also charge an exorbitant amount for things like extra panels or upsizing inverters with price differences 4x higher than the incremental cost between the units or counts. Our entire estate are at their wits end with them.
To make it worse, if you try to break your contract and ask for your deposit back to irreconcilable issues caused 100% by them changing equipment specifications or not replying to emails or phone calls, they ghost you leaving you no other option but to engage the Ombudsman and Office of Fair Trading Queensland.

Best experience ever! Customer Service on going.

I had a bad experience with my previous Solar company and 1 thing after another, I should of seen the red flags and then I finally had enough.

I found Natural Solar and from the first point of contact until the completion, no, wait, even after the completed install and even now, I get the best support from Natural Solar.
When I call, they call back.

Initially when I was inquiring about the purchase and install of the battery, they didn't try to sell me something I did not want. They answered all my questions and even surprised me with extra questions I hadn't though of. They are super helpful, if I didn't understand something, they would explain it in terms I did, great communication.

The installation team that came out are top notch, I highly recommend Josh and his team Ben and Wen to anyone looking for a professional service. They even answered my annoying questions that I kept asking over and over again, without missing a beat.
Super patient.

One question I was really curious about was the blackout feature which I was meant to have setup by the first solar company, Natural Solar installation team found the issue and fixed it.
You know what it was?, it wasn't connected.
I was shocked. I had paid for something that didn't exist.

Once Natural Solar completed the install of the new battery, they even made sure it was all working as it should.
Off grid test / blackout test, solar was still charging the batter.
All the compliance's met, tidy workmanship, professional manner, treat you like a human, a friend.

Huge shout out to Alan and Emmett, and the rest of the team in the office that keeps everything moving, thanks for organising everything and the support is second to none.

Also huge shout out to the installation team, Josh, Ben, and Wen.

I look forward to working with you all again.

Updated review

After a frustrating experience with delays and poor communication, Natural Solar reached out within hours of my original review. A new installation date was promptly arranged, and a refund was discussed for the undelivered components.
The installation has now been completed, and the system is working as expected. I would like to acknowledge Callum, who was professional and proactive in resolving the issue. However, my experience with the general after-sales support team was lacking, requiring repeated follow-ups to get responses.
While the situation was eventually resolved, better communication and customer service from the beginning would have made for a much smoother experience.

Happy customer

Straight forward process of getting my battery installed. From the sales team to the electricians and post-sales support, all of the team at Natural solar were wonderful to deal with.

Having existing solar systems (1 single phase and the other 3 phase) and adding a battery, I wasn't quite sure how it would all come together. Adon was particularly helpful answering all of my queries.

On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time and went about their work without any fuss. They spent time answering my questions and providing a walkthrough of the Tesla app.

Fantastic job by Natural Solar installing Powerwall 3

I selected Natural Solar to install the Tesla Powerwall 3 installation with NSW Gov Rebate to my existing Solar System.

From the outset, my customer consultant, Thomas William, was exceptional. He attentively listened to my needs, thoroughly analyzed my solar and electricity data to determine the payback period, and maintained open communication throughout the entire process, ensuring I was well-informed at every stage.

The installation team, Selva and Ben, were equally impressive. Despite encountering some rain, they worked diligently and consulted with me on the Powerwall placement, ultimately delivering a neat and professional installation.

Although it's still early days, I am already delighted with my Powerwall 3. The battery seamlessly powers my home when solar output is low, effectively taking me off the grid. The Tesla App is also user-friendly and intuitive.

Fantastic service, competitive pricing, knowledgable staff - love my Powerwall 2!

The team at Natural Solar were fantastic! I had a Powerwall 2 installed and Shane walked me through the process and was responsive and fast tracked the installation. The installation team were brilliant and installed the system on a 35 degree day! Despite this they didn't rush and explained everything I needed to know and were able to answer all my questions. I was impressed with Emmett's prompt follow up after installation to ensure everything was ok and to offer ongoing support if I needed it. Very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Natural Solar to friends and family.

Top notch service from start to end!

I recently had Natural Solar install a Tesla Powerwall 2 alongside my Enphase system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, thanks in large part to Emmett, who was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to respond quickly to any questions or concerns I had. His helpfulness and professionalism turned what could have been a daunting process into a genuinely positive experience.

Communication was outstanding—I was kept informed at every stage of the installation. The team ensured I understood what was happening, walked me through the setup process, and clearly explained the steps with Enphase to enable the Powerwall to charge from solar during a power outage. Their attention to detail and customer care was top-notch.

The installation itself went smoothly, and I was impressed by how well-organised and efficient the team was. To top it all off, the price was excellent—significantly lower than the quotes I received from four other installers.

While a little hit and miss re early communications, a representative did call me and saved the day. The crew did a stellar job with the installation of a Tesla 2 battery. It is only day 8, but drawn no power from the grid, even though some gloomy days, very happy.

Excellent experience

This is a great company to deal with. Shane in sales, Emmett in Customer Experience and the installation team were all professional and reliable. I wanted to buy a battery and the first company I engaged couldn't get the item from Tesla. The second company promised me they had stock and had allocated it to me but the agreed installation date came and went so I cancelled once again. I called Natural Solar and was fired up after two failures but they did exactly as they promised and the price was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Powerwall 3 install went smoothly.

While there was some initial date juggling the Powerwall 3 Install was done very professionally with no surface conduits and wiring. Connected for the last 2 days to a 8.2kw Enphase system, provides blackout protection on a large part of the home and allows the Enphase to charge battery in a sunny blackout. Tesla app is very clear and while some control enhancements would make it better, it is easy to use. For example- Would like to charge other brand EV’s only when getting solar generation and not grid.
So far so good.

Excellent service and no pressure sales

We inquired about adding another Tesla 2 battery to our system, then decided we weren't ready to purchase. Alan at Natural Solar was great - no pressure / hard sell. Really appreciated this. Six months later the batteries were being cleared out and finances were more robust. We picked up where our discussion with Alan left off and arranged it in no time. He is a pleasure to deal with. The installation team arrived when scheduled (amazing!). They were really polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. They made sure I could see the battery charging on the app before they left. Outstanding experience with Natural Solar on my battery purchase

Purchased PW2 battery from Natural Solar. Emmett was easy to deal with, transparent with the pricing, keep me updated on the progress and installation.

Installation was done to my utmost satisfaction. The installers, Carson and Selvanayagam were professional in their work, consulted with me prior to the installation on the placement of the battery. They actually left the site cleaner than it was before.

After the installation, Emmett was still very quick in his responses to my queries, if not faster, than during the sales process.

It's been only a day since the installation but everything seems to work very well.

Excellent experience overall. Cannot recommend them enough.

From when I emailed for some info on a Tesla Powerwall,to having a Powerwall 3 installed the exsperience has been extremely positive.

Slow start, good finish....

Initially, Natural Solar was not very good at communicating the program they were delivering. The product, installation, and after-sales, however, were excellent. If they had been on the ball from the start, this would've been a 5 star rating. The latter personnel knew their product, the sales staff were poor and did not communicate delivery times or know the product sufficiently to answer the questions customers need to know and didn't follow up, unless pushed.

Brillant installers

Have had installed a Tesla Battery yesterday. Natural Solar handled the whole exercise with professional ease, that meant I did not have to do anything except pay. The installation was carried out by quick clever installers who were a pleasure to have around.

It also was not as expensive as I thought it would be. An App for your phone is included so you can keep an eye on what's going , with easy reach of support if you need it. Great

NOW IS THE TIME TO GET THE TESLA BATTERY

I have been wanting to obtain a quality battery for quite a while. Now that the Tesla 2 battery is available at a more sensible price I was motivated to investigate who is the best installer. My research found Natural Solar and I have been pleased with the whole experience. From the initial contact with Rupen sorting out requirements and then the brilliant instillation by Brad which included a lucid discussion of how the system operates and what I should monitor. Several days later Emmett contacted me to complete the paperwork and also reminded me of the attractive additional rebate that Randwick Council also offers. Emmett's advise has been very rewarding and made the whole experience very satisfying. I have already told some friends about this and they are also considering jumping in with these guys.
