Our system was installed 6 weeks ago and was not installed optimally. We asked them to come out and fix it, which they did, but the inverter then stopped working. It’s now been 5 weeks with a non-functional solar system and despite chasing them to resolve it, they still haven’t fixed it and are ignoring are calls and simply not coming or responding when they say they will. Very disappointing and wish we’d gone with another company.

Installation and operation all went well at our 16 unit apartment complex for our common power. Nine months after installation one panel stopped generating electricity. After several months without any help from More Solar the panel manufacturer organised an electrician to come out and investigate. After another month in response to my inquiries as to what was happening, another electrician was sent out because the first one didn't get the required information. This second electrician from a third party contractor eventually discovered that the panel was not faulty, but the Enphase micro inverter for that panel had failed. Now after almost nine months of no power from this one panel/micro inverter, a replacement micro inverter has been sent (for the second time because the first one was lost in transit). Now I am waiting for the third party company to come out and swap over the micro inverters. During this time More Solar stopped responding to me, then I discovered they had dissolved the company in NSW in June. Don't like our chances of getting anything done on their 10 year warranty. Luckily both Canadian Solar, the panel manufacturer and Enphase, the micro inverter manufacturer, have done the right thing by us, so far.

If I had previous knowledge I would have faced some of the panels facing west for the evening sun. I may still do this. Original ratings

It has exceeded our expectations !
Changing provider has also helped but now we are with Momontum Energy our daily cost has gone down from $10 per day to under $2 !
Our actual usage from the grid has dropped from 27 kWh per day to under 13kWh, even in autumn.
It's a wet winters day today but we still generate 700W which takes care of most household appliances.
