16 months later we asked Ron: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Install was booked for 31/5/11 - no phone call from them to say that the system wouldn't be installed on that date - I rang them to be told sorry the system has not arrived. I had to chase them a few times to find out what was happening and when it would be installed. They never rang me to say sorry the system has not arrived etc. I had to ring them every week to get an update as to what was happening. System finally installed on the 21/6/11. Inverter has since had a fault twice that has required it to be rebooted. First time this happened I called and they came out promptly. It has done this again a few days later - I rebooted it myself, and rang them. As yet they have not come to take another look. They have no idea what the fault that the inverter comes up with means.

The installer I chose was a local established electrical contractor, Monsec Pty Ltd. The team were very helpful and I was very happy with the service they offered. It wasn't the cheapest but I wanted them as I may be able to contact them if there were any problems later on. My system was installed earlier than expected and it was fully installed in one day total. Also thanks to Finn Peacock for his help in recommending them.
