Highly recommended!
We got several quotes on a solar system but Guy was both very competitive and the most helpful to speak with. Guy, Jared and the team did a great job with installation and also making sure the app to see solar was connected up and working properly. The original proposal was very detailed and I’m delighted to see the output we are getting from our system is already significantly better than the projections. Now I can simultaneously charge my car, power our home and still feed power back into the grid. Highly recommend to work with Guy & Modergy.12 August 2021

Personal Service
We had a great experience with this installer, from getting a quote, explanation of technical details and modifying the system to suit out needs, nothing was an issue. The service was really personal, from speaking with admin staff to the tradesman that attended, they were all very friendly and willing to assist us with our needs. Can't fully comment on the actual value or quality of system but it would appear to meet what our expectations were. Customer service and installation was excellent. I would and have recommended Modergy to friends and family.01 July 2021
A refreshing experience with Modergy
Can you give more than 5 stars in each category? After getting 4 other quotes from various installers (most of which do not have your best interest at heart and will quickly sell you an inferior system not suited to your home just to seem competitive and get your business), Modergy cut through all my uncertainty - they proposed by far the most suitable system and were competitively priced. My install was complex - 45deg pitch roof, and multiple aspects. They just made it work without making a huge drama of it like other installers. And during the install - what professionals! Install was immaculate and after service has been awesome. Well done Jared and team!Panel rating: 5/5

New Build, great to deal with no fluffing around with figures and rebates as we have done our homework before,just good old Ausi service !Grid connections was done by me with AGL
8 months later we asked Peter: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Each month is a credit so the system is working great.

Very Happy so far.
I had 6 quotes for my off grid package and 4 of the 6 were within $1500 of each other. In the end I picked best quality over price including reviews and customer support. Modergy obviously wanted my money but they did a lot of work and talking for me to earn it. I havent had system installed yet but so far so good. I will review after installation also.8 months later we asked Ken: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes. I havent being using it to its maximum performance but my fridge/freezer and security lights are on 24/7 along with general lights, tv and cooking etc every night.Plus I still get follow up calls and checks from installer. ????
Very happy so far.

Top job
Great communication, easy to deal with at an affordable price, and guy Murphy even returns your phone calls and texts. He was able to organise it all for me for my place on the Gold coast even though I live in Melbourne. Nothing is too much trouble, cheers.

Excellent installer, satisfactory installation.
The Quoting process was excellent the only company to send a consultant on site. The installation turned out to be satisfactorily, but the installation did not correspond to the original quote, (panels in the wrong place) after a discussion with the installer I accepted the position of the panels. The customer service was excellent the company organized the grid connection with Energex I was not involved at all.I would also like to mention that a Fronius smart meter was installed also a timer for my hot water system at no extra cost to me, so all in all a very happy customer.

Professional
From the planning, installation and after the job was completed the Modergy team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They took into account my concerns about not being able to see the solar panels. The team also went out of their way to explain the ins and outs of the installation. Top quality product, price and service
My family embarked on understanding Solar panels for our new build and were referred to Guy, Jared and the team at Modergy. Guy was extremely understanding of our lack of knowledge and the amount of questions we had about solar and the process in general as it was all foreign to us. Jared was outstanding with installation, clean and efficient and always ontime. We were kept up-to-date at every stage of the way and Guy and Jared went over and above to finish the job as professionally as they started. We would recommend Modergy to any customers looking for a solar solution.Panel rating: 5/5

Solar Install
After seeing this company install a large system at my workplace I approached them about a quote for my home. I was able to speak directly to the Company Director who was on the tools. He was able to answer all my questions on the spot and the answers he gave were easily understandable. Quote process was straight forward and the Sales Rep, Guy, promptly returned my calls, patiently answered all my questions, followed up promptly on any queries. Installation was completed in the timeframe given. It was fully explained to me that I would require a meter board upgrade, this was completed promptly & professionally prior to the solar installers coming to site. Being a 1970's two storey brick home I thought I was going to have conduits on the outside wall. The installers, Jared & Dale, went the extra mile and were able to get the conduits through an internal cavity from floor to roof so no conduits visible. The 32 panel install was completed on my tile roof with minimum fuss, Dale took his time to do a thoroughly professional job, some slight changes to the design were required to optimise the inputs. This was discussed with me and reasons explained. Excellent service from start to finish including a follow up call a fortnight after install to check on the system, see if I had further queries. Whilst on site the guys were very professional, kept a clean safe work environment, took all packaging off site. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Modergy to other people. Whilst Modergy were not the cheapest option, after some of the horror stories I've heard, they were certainly worth the extra money. You get what you pay for.24 April 2020
Excellent company, professional and great service!
These guys are brilliant! After a terrible experience with Solar Secure, we were simply looking for a solar company that would show up when they said they would and give us good advice on what solar system we need. Guy and Jared delivered!Guy is very informative and walked my wife and I through everything in a manner that was easy to follow and made perfect sense. We had shopped around and knew a good deal when we saw one - solar is a great return on investment! He even came to our property on the installation date to hand deliver a component we requested last minute. Hands down best customer service we've ever experienced, thanks again team!
Jared managed the installation and is the owner of the company. Great bloke, easy to chat to and very professional. His Dad even came to give him an extra hand as we live on an island and they installed 26 panels in one day. Very impressive and appreciated!
Honestly we couldn't recommend them highly enough as they were a pleasure to deal with through and through. They went above and beyond and we got a great deal. Thanks again to the team at Modergy ????

great installers
The sales person was on time for the appointment and fully explained the qouting process. The installers were punctual polite and left the work place spotless inc. blowing the whole roof off. The electrician set up the app. on my tablet and fully explained the workings of it inc. grid connection. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole process.10 December 2019

Very friendly and approachable people. Happy to explain anything to you and very thorough planning before installation, to create the best system for your individual roof/position. The only downside is that 5 of my 6 replacement tiles were used, as 5 tiles were broken during installation.8 months later we asked Kathy: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
I'm loving the performance of the system! After changing energy providers to get the best feed-in tariff, I paid $20 for power last quarter as well as approx $95 for 'connection/meter fees' (down from $450 a quarter) and as we are coming into summer, I'm already $50 ahead and not quite half-way into this billing cycle. Looking forward to seeing my next bill (or credit!)25 October 2019
GREAT team to work with. 2nd Industrial installation with these Guys.
In October 2019 we installed 2x 19.6KW systems on our industrial factory (Gold Coast). I’m not one to normally leave a review, but Guy was extremely attentive in his communication and explaining the various configuration options available to us. Having installed other solar systems before, I greatly appreciated the level of personalisation that he and the Modergy team put into getting a system which suited our company and budget. The installation & quality of workmanship was top class, and we are happily sitting on a net positive investment. Thanks again team!08 October 2019
Great job. Great experience.
From the beginning, Jared and Guy have been informative and expanded my understanding in layman’s terms so that I could make an informed decision. They optimised the layout of the solar panels such that I’m now enjoying a 91+% output efficiency back to the grid. As a consequence, I expect to have a $0 electricity bill next time, with an additional refund putting $$$ back into my account.So if you want a professional, friendly service with no BS then I can honestly recommend Modergy as your goto installer.

Very helpful, prompt service. Tried their very best to get system installed on my roof, but the steep pitch of the roof, with each terracotta tile screwed onto the roof meant that too many tiles would have broken (I had only a few spares). This made installation impossible. They promptly refunded my deposit even though it cost them dearly to travel 180+ kms each way to come do the installation. Very happy with them although sad that I couldn't get solar!

Local and smaller company who have been specialising in Solar nw for 2 years. Great personal services. A few small issues dublin installation (we had Catch Blue. Enphase and Solar Analytics (2 units to monitor all circuitry in the house and for solar generation). These appear to have now been rectified. Installation ongoing up to and after Xmas. A few small things to cover off on in new year.
