Fantastic customer service and great pricing. We are very happy with the entire experience and would recommend these guys to anyone. They work out exactly what we needed, done all the paperwork (that I hate doing lol) and generally did a great job. Zoran is a top bloke too, definitely a great company to deal with.

Sales person - Dinesh Singh - both friendly and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy.
The installers arrived on time and proceeded with due care and skill.
We have had the system for only a few days so will have to wait for our next bill to see the exact impact this system will have on our bili.
Past experience with a smaller system was very positive.

From my first contact with Andy from Massive Solar right through to the final installation, I was impressed how easy and hassle free the experience was. I'm glad after some shopping around, that I decided to go with MS. The installers were extremely efficient and professional even after they discovered they had to rewire my original "old" system before installing the new panels. I would highly recommend MS.

AVOID!
About 12 tiles broken by the Sub-Contracted installer - Roof leaked twice, damaging wall and bedding. Reluctant to even pay the cleaning bill !!
Took it to Fair Trading - no result. Taken to NCAT - still won't pay!
Absolutely shockingly!

They contracted out and didn't tell us they would be doing that. They put the pressure on us like the previous reviewer said. The sales guy said he'd give us a great deal, that they normally deal with much bigger installs but they want us to give them good reviews online, hence a low price.
We really should have got more quotes, but still feel we paid a very low price. Now my partner works for another solar company and the guys there say that the brand of panels and inverter are not known to them - no one in that company has heard of them. At least the brand has local support apparently.
The contractor did an absolutely shocking install in November 2016.
Panels were overhanging the gutters rendering the gutters useless. It would not have complied, nor would other issues we found.
We found eight broken tiles when we got up on the roof ourselves. They could have just told us as we have spare tiles. Lucky we found them, and lucky we are agile and don't mind going up on a ladder etc.. but read further...
Panels were not secured correctly and may have come off in a storm.
One panel was smashed and that whole side of the system therefore wasn't working. Apparently it could have had an existing hairline fracture and then cracked after install. They have a 25 year guarantee...
The AC isolator wasn't turned on for a week when we were pumping the air con. It would have cost us a lot for grid power.
When they came back to fix the issues, they broke more tiles but they told us about those, so that's okay. They pulled the panels back from overhanging the gutters, but not every one of them!
The contractor company told us that they got rid of this installer due to other poor installs.
March 2017 - We have had a lot of rain lately and yesterday we found water running down the bedroom wall. The end of the bed was wet and upon further inspection there are small mouldy lines where water has been running down the wall. We pulled the bed out from the wall and it is mouldy - the mattress, mattress cover, and sheet and part of the (very expensive) pillow that was touching the wall.
I squeezed into the roof cavity and found daylight streaming through a big crack in a tile underneath a solar panel.
We may need to fork out and pay our insurance excess - we'll get the insurance company to deal with them and then claim the excess back from Massive. Massive Solar act like they care, but we cannot trust them to manage this (current) repair....
