Terrific service

We had a five star experience with Lenergy Solar.
The customer service was outstanding by Matthew Sparke from consultation through to design. The product and quality were exactly what we were looking for.
The service received from this business from the advice, transparency and knowledge was impeccable.
The installation team led by Lincoln had the system installed and operating in less than a day.
They all went above and beyond to give us the best solar system for our needs.

Finally a solar / Installer package that satisfies our requirements.

We've been in the market for a suitable system / installer package for the last five years or so. I was impressed with the standard of workmanship of a similar system installed by Lenergy at our daughter an son-in-law's place in Goulburn.

Communication was excellent from the start, even from the admin team.

All questions were satisfactorily answered before and during installation, by the Matt (Sales) and Winston and Ziad (technical).

I am an engineer and was pleased to find my technical questions were responded to in an acceptable manner, giving me confidence they have the expertise on board to advise on and install the optimal system based on our requirements and budget.

The installation team, lead by Ziad, was specifically selected to meet our concerns. The installation team listened to our prestart discussion and all concerns were adequately managed, particularly regarding the care of our roof following replacement of the original tiled roof with a new Colorbond metal roof. There was good teamwork throughout, without being rushed, even when the weather was becoming a little threatening. They completed the task just before it started raining.

Did I mention they are great at communicating?

I only provide positive detailed reviews like this on rare occasions.

I have been entered into a Tesla Powerwall 2 giveaway as a result of our installation, but I am happy to provide this review in any case.

Professional and quality install - very happy!

After spending much time deliberating whether or not to install solar panels, in March 2024 we opted to proceed and chose local company, Lenergy, to carry out the supply and installation. We were very impressed with the company from our first meeting where all of our many questions were answered and nothing seemed too much trouble. We were confident that Lenergy had the experience and expertise that we were seeking and a ten year warranty on workmanship. We didn't opt for the cheapest quote; we chose a mid range quote which appeared to be value for money for a quality product.

The details provided to us in our first meeting gave us an assurance that panels would be of benefit. We were very pleased with the smooth installation process and the panel of choice (Jinko) accompanied by Enphase Microinverters. The support post install has also been outstanding. Being able to call with any queries regarding the Enphase App or the system, and receive a prompt reply is comforting. Very happy with our installer and our panels and highly recommend Lenergy.

Could not have asked for more

The team at Lenergy was fantastic through the entire process from our initial online quote and phone calls through to the install process. The team was professional and always provided options of us to best suit our needs. We had some minor issues with our property during install. The team on site was quick to identify these and provide options for working through them which we are greatly appreciative of. I could not recommend Lenergy enough.

Solar install made easy by Lenergy

When looking for house solar I came across Solar Quotes. I had three quotes submitted and chose LENERGY for my installation. LENERGY made contact, put in their quote before I even heard from the competition. Mat explained his plan for our house and made some changes to suit our requirements. We were offered 3 different systems and virtues of each explained.
LENERGY was not the cheapest quote I received but seemed the most professional in their approach and were based in my local town.
Once contract was signed we were given an install date about a month out, however this was brought forward about 2 weeks as bad weather hampered other jobs. I was continually updated on my jobs progress. On install day a team of well mannered, polite and competent workers arrived at our house. We had discussions of where inverter and battery could be placed with the reasons for such placement explained.
At the end of each workday I received a message explaining what had been done that day.
All workspace was cleaned up and any moved articles returned to original position at job completion.
On completion the working of the system and procedure for monitoring were explained. LENERGY contacted my grid energy supplier and organised a seamless changeover to solar. Any questions I may have had about the install explained.
Would highly recommend the Lenergy team for solar installation.

The whole approach taken by Lenergy was the right combination of being considered, professional and personable. The team listened to what we were looking for and developed the right solution for us. The installation occurred on schedule and the team doing the install did a great job. In addition, they helped me understand what I was receiving so I could use the solution effectively - there were a couple of follow-up items which were handled quickly and efficiently.

Great Company, Great People and Service plus quality workmanship at a value price

Recently I had to remove my solar system and have it re-installed after the roof was replaced.

I chose Lenergy from many due to word of mouth and reviews in regards to quality of workmanship. The process for quotation of removal and re-install plus addition of extra panels was smooth and professionally completed in the expected time.

Once the process began, they kept me informed all the way through of updates daily and were 100% engaged in regards to the installation of the system.

Everything was completed on time and at a much better quality than the original system install I had.

Since the Solar system went so smootly, I asked Lenergy to instal a second Tesla Powerwall to take full advantage of the solar system size and production capacity. The same experience all the way through.

Open and communicative team, professional and one of the tidiest sparkies I ever engaged

Sales rep actually attended my site before quoting which got a better end result for my installation and offered a better location for my inverter than the other suppliers who quoted from their computers and not from a site inspections.

Lenergy Best Solar Company .

Quote process excellent. Clear and in plan English. Had an interactive video chatting through the quote to explain all aspects of it.
Installation- fast efficient solar panels placement to best sun capture but maintaining aesthetics as well. Exceedingly polite team with excellent communication throughout installation.
Organised grid connection. There was nothing for me to do.
Follow up phone call to check no concerns or questions.

Great Experience

The experience from initial contact to installation was seamless and exemplary. The response to our enquiry was with 48 hours and a site visit was organised for a few days later. Mathew spent a lot of time on site understanding our property and needs before takin us through the various options available to us. Our quote - which detailed three options - arrived in days and was accompanied by an explanatary video that was comprehensive and easy to understand. A few follow up questions were answered promptly by the team and left us feeling confident in accepting the quote. Installation was a similar experience with a project manager assigned to us who oversaw the job. The entire installation team were professional, knowledgable and courteous and the job was completed in the time allocated and without incident. After installation we wanted to make a change to the panel layout and this was done promptly and without issue. We have no issues in recommending Lenergy as overall our experience was exemplary and a stand out in terms of quality, professionalism and responsiveness.

Overall a great experience and very happy with the system, which was installed 3 weeks ago

- Knowledgeable sales person, went through multiple rounds of questions and redesigns/analysis on position
- Good communication from Ops team, came ahead of time to run cables in roof so installation day was quicker
- Contacted me 2 weeks ahead of planned install as a slot came up
- Clean installation all finished within a day
- Punctual and polite staff
- Explained clearly how system operates, what to do if in case of emergency, made sure I was set up on the app

Very Happy

The quoting system was excellent, the sales person was very good explaining the process, systems, and prices.
The install went smoothly and the installers were polite, tidy and punctual. They also assisted me to install the app on my phone and made sure I understood how everything worked.
The paperwork to install a smart meter and connect to the grid has been submitted and I have a date for the technician to do the work.
I am very pleased with the process and my system.
I have also received a call from the sales person to make sure everything is okay.

Great Customer service

I received three quotes when I went online through Solar Quotes. All three were punctual in contacting me and professional in the manner in which they formulated their quotes. It was really a toss up with whom I chose. I am confident any of the three would have been a good choice.

In the end I went with Lenergy due to the fine detail in their quote including how they placed the panels on the roof, the placement of the inverter and the ability to add on later.

What I will highlight is that I did get a quote from a company that regularly advertises on TV. It was approximately half the price of the quotes from Solar Quotes. However, they quoted without looking at the plans of my house and with no details from me. On that basis I had no confidence that I would get a quality system and workmanship nor would the price be kept and would there be after sales service. I had been down that path previously. By contrast the quotes from Solar Quotes were all similar in detail and price.

I am very happy with getting my solar through Solar Quotes and Leenergy.
