Lamm Solar bringing sunshine from darkness
I had used Lamm Electrical on two or three occasions prior to the solar quotation and installation with satisfaction. The quote arrived promptly and was detailed and easy to understand for a non technical person. However I did have a couple of questions which were answered quickly over the phone with patience. The quote was not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. Good quality components and materials will never be the lowest cost.The installation followed soon after acceptance of the quote and was completed within the day. No dramas, no fuss and tidier than when started. There was some considerable delay from the power company in connecting and fitting a new smart meter. The power company didn't seem to understand the meaning of customer service! Although Lamm Solar had already been paid, Lewis the proprietary spent considerable time and I don't know how in persuading them to fit the meter. Once fitted Lewis came to check to make sure we were comfortable with the system.
The system has operated without fault for the last eight years or so. I hope I'm not chancing my luck here! It has also reduced our bills greatly and paid for it's self long ago. One of the better decisions in both system and company of choice.
Since the solar system we have had Lamm carry out quite a few smaller jobs for us, some very small. Always prompt courteous, at the right price and always clean and tidy. I have such confidence and trust in Lamm I don't bother contacting anyone else.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lamm because I know you will receive honest good advice. I would like to add, I have no relationship with Lamm other than customer, supplier basis.
