Information about the process was very light on. They tell me they have a tick sheet of how things should happen now which would've been good. I didn't know that the system was sitting there ready to be turned on which I had to do. That's OK but I thought someone else was going to do it. I also didn't know you had to apply for the feed in tariff and that different suppliers pay at different rates.

Keppel Prince seems to be a large supplier in the south west of Vic and Shepparton area but it appears they did not come up on your data base. They also have a team operating out of Hamilton, Vic.

Installer was fantastic here in Casterton, Victoria ,and Keppel Prince reps were just fantastic to deal with, just loved dealing with them.
So helpful and professional, just get them to install your system, you wont be sorry, they are busy, so be patient.
Unbelievable to deal with.
