JWS Electrical Services Pty Ltd is a specialized solar company who is based in East Keilor but services all of Victoria. 

Our installer has been installing solar for over a decade, and is also the owner of JWS Electrical Services. 

We are a family owned business and have over a decade of experience in the Solar industry. All of our staff are in house, meaning we all have an invested interest in your solar needs. The professional selling you the solar, is also the one installing it, so you are receiving expert advice throughout your experience with us. There are no scripted sales people here, just a friendly team of passionate staff who all aim to do the one thing – reduce your electricity bills. JWS take the time to analyse every home we are presented with and work with you closely to detail the system that is the most suitable based on your needs and energy consumption. We service both Residential & Commerical clients, helping to save them hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars a year.

Excellent Installer

Had solar panels installed recently, and cannot recommend it any highly enough. Customer service was excellent from Madeline, Josh and his team were excellent and professional and went above and beyond by sealing a few cracked tiles which they had noticed.

Highly recommended Installer, a review from returned customer

This is my second time with JWS, and I'm very happy with their services. In fact, I have referred them to my families, friends and neighbours. All of them are happy with JWS.

From quote to installation day, everything is flawless. The admin staffs are very helpful and answered all your queries.
The installation also done very professionally, no mess and definitely they are not "cowboy" contractor.

All in all, top notch services from all the staffs at JWS.

Great Installer

From initially talking to Madeline then having Josh and his crew arrive to install the system the process was flawless.
The team listened to what I wanted and provided excellent customer service. They were a couple of hundred dollars dearer than the other installers I received quotes from but sometimes customer service wins out and it certainly did with this team.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JWS to anyone wanting a solar system installed. Original ratings

System is working well. In the summer my bills have reduced from around $80 per month to around $5 per month. Winter bills are around $25 per month - great savings all around and I’m really happy.

Reliable and easy to work with

Great experience with JWS installing our 6.6kw system. Made the experience easy from quoting through to installation. Madeline in the office was lovely and very knowledgeable and communicative. The installation team were super nice, very efficient and did a great job. Confident that they take great pride in their work and that shows. They’re also very happy to follow up if any problems or questions following installation.

Now I just wanted solar and it was as simple as just calling JWS.. it was smooth sailing from obtaining the quote which was priced really well especially the products they use!!

Fantastic installer. Beautiful installation!

The quoting process was pretty smooth as JWS was able to price match an offer I got from another installer. Madeline was always prompt in her replies to all queries I had.

The actual installation went through without any major hiccups. Josh and his crew were very professional, punctual, polite and did a tidy job.

Good guys, great finish.

I contacted JWS after receiving a few quotes from other companies. Their quote was the fairest and their lovely admin staff aided me in the process from quote to install. Lovely set of people to deal with

When I thought about installing solar for my home in the month of March 2022, I did not know anything. So, I started with the research about solar and contacted many installer for quotes. But, even at this time, I was not aware that I did not know much about solar. Then got to know better after talking to couple of Solar installers, JWS Electrical was one among them. Madeline was the first point of contact and she has all the patience in the world to wait for answers. Whenever I used to get the call, I will not be in a situation to pick up and would be able to return back after 6PM, so would email her of my questions or the reasons for the call. She used to reply the next day and would make sure that all the questions are answered from their end. The installers also have a special mention, they were punctual and was very helpful to answer my questions and took safety as utmost priority and was not even bothering me for anything. I was wondering that the work would take the whole day, but by mid day, they were all done and the workmanship was so clean. Anyone who had seen the home before and after installation would have to wonder if someone even worked here. Instructions on do's and don'ts were clearly communicated and the app to use to track the usage and best practices were all explained clearly. Even if I have to ask them regarding any issues now (in 2024), I do not have any hesitation in contacting them. I would highly recommend JWS for a no-nonsense installation.

Fantastic Service and Seamless Installation - 10/10

I found the sales and quoting process seamless and effortless, Josh was informative, super helpful and responsive to all my queries.

Josh was fantastic with the installation which went smoothly, he was punctual each morning. The area was left very clean post installation, he even went above and beyond by taking the time to explain how it all works to fully utilise the system.

Good installer that I would recommend to my family

The quoting was straightforward with Madeline being wonderful to work with.
While they tend to be busy at times, the support was always on point and they always returned the calls and emails on the same business day.

They provided all the information to raise rebate request and also the design plans and equipment information are shared with great detail.

The installation although was delayed due to Christmas holidays but given the pipeline of work they seem to have, I did not mind too much.

Josh and team were on time during the day of installation and braved the extreme heat and weather to finish the installation on the same day as well as setup the monitoring of my Fronius invertor.

Reliable, friendly, efficient & effective

Josh & his team was reliable, efficient & effective. He also took the time to teach me how to read the monitor, so that I can capitalise on the solar panels. They were easy to deal with & went out of their way teach me how to clean it & put bird repellents, so they work efficiently. Highly recommend!

Excellent service response and installation

The overall process from quotes until the installation went smoothly. The service response was very prompt and excellent in providing all the options of the kwh to be used.

The installation process was done professionally and in excellent way. I was also very happy that Josh introduced a PowerPal meter which help me to better understand the electricity consumption at my home. The team also helped replacing some of the broken tiles during the installation.

Well done JWS

Well I must say I am impressed. The quote was completed off site and I was dubious about whether they would have a right number of panels and with the correct orientation but to my surprise when they arrived to do the job the design was perfect and working beautifully. I am currently charging an electric vehicle and it is costing me nothing. Josh and all his team were efficient, courteous and friendly. I am so glad I used them. I have already referred them to one of my neighbours and also to my son who wants to do an upgrade. Well done JWS.

From the moment I made contact to the final handshake after completion in a day, what a fantastic experience it has been working with JWS.

The best solar team in the business!

What a wonderful experience from quote, support through too installation. Adding solar to a new build, there was almost 2 years years in between first contacting JWS and having my solar installed. The entire team were patient, helpful and so friendly. They answered all of my silly questions and made me feel supported. They were clean and courteous and did a thorough inspection of my roof prior to leaving. I highly recommend JWS for any Solar requirements

Can’t recommend Highly enough!

Right from the start JWS was great to deal with. The quote was very detailed and really well priced so we had no hesitation going with them. Communication with scheduling etc with their Office was fantastic. Our job had some real challenges (with our roof etc) but they were fantastic-explaining what was going on and constantly come up with solutions. They were friendly and professional and we are delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending these guys!!!!!

JWS Electrical - Family

Madeline was first contact for JWS Electrical Services and she has been polite and efficient with a quote. This quote was not the cheapest but we went with this service because it fitted our requirements.
Initially we were going to have the panels installed in December, however this was brought forward to November 17th. JWS said they would be at our home at 830am and they were, dead on time. Their vehicle was spotless and both installers (father and son) introduced themselves.
We couldn't have asked for better service with these two men. They were most informative, telling us what we had to do and emailing us with this and other information. Sunday November 26th I was on the roof and saw their workmanship and we are more than happy with their efforts

We were referred to JWS by family & friends who previously installed their solar through JWS & had a great experience.
We had our 6.6kw system with Jinko Tiger Neo N-type 440w panels & Fronius Primo GEN24 inverter installed back a few months ago.
Whole process made easy from the beginning to end. We were regularly kept up to date with each process via phone calls, emails, & texts, Madeline who we mostly communicated through was great to deal with & very friendly. She was very patient with us & no Hard sell or pressure into making decisions or going with certain products.
All our queries were answered & detailed explanations provided from info about the benefits of Solar , difference in products & their pricing categories & although there’s a few steps involved in the whole solar application process, paperwork, rebate ect.. Madeline made the whole process easy & stress free.
Josh & his team on the day of installation were very processional & punctual . They did a great job with a smooth installation process. Josh explained everything thoroughly on the day & guided us through setting up the systems account & app & all post installation queries have been answered.

Shining Bright - A Glowing Review for an exceptional Josh and team

I have been thinking of getting solar for almost 3 months and had at least 8 quotes from different installers. The reason I chose JWS is because they are the owner cum installers of the business. Here is my review starting from sales to the installation.

Madeline - The epitome of a pressure fee and informative solar sales experience:

- She was so calm and composed and gave a detailed quote and also amended it twice as per my requirements.
- Unlike others, she made no attempt to pressure me into going with the sale at any point. On the other hand, I didn't feel neglected either.
- After I accepted the quote, I kept bothering her almost every other day to get answers to my questions and she patiently answered my questions every time. She even accommodated an early installation date as requested by me.

Josh and Will: Father-Son's Pristine Solar Installation:

The dynamic father-son duo were the embodiment of professionalism and expertise during our solar installation process. From the moment they arrived on-site, it was clear that we were in capable hands. Punctuality is a virtue often overlooked, but Josh and Will took it to heart by arriving right on time, instilling confidence in us from the start.

Their approach to the installation was remarkable. They worked diligently, with a no-nonsense attitude that was truly refreshing. There was no unnecessary chatter or delay; they got right down to business, demonstrating their deep knowledge of the solar system components and the installation process.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail they exhibited. Every component was handled with care and precision, ensuring that our solar system was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing, especially the inverter installation. They left no mess behind and cleaned up after themselves, leaving our property in the same pristine condition they found it.

Throughout the installation, they maintained open lines of communication, answering any questions we had and providing explanations in a calm and detailed manner, just as Madeline had during the sales process. This commitment to keeping us informed made us feel like valued participants in the installation, not just passive observers.

I am waiting for the inspector to come and provide a CES so that the meter re-configuration can happen. Once done. I should be able to use the full potential of the solar.

In the end, the result of their work was nothing short of exceptional. Our solar system performed flawlessly, thanks to the skill and dedication of Josh and Will. We wholeheartedly recommend this father-son team for any solar installation project. Their work ethic, knowledge, and commitment to excellence are truly commendable, and they have made a significant, positive impact on our journey toward sustainable energy.

Exceptional customer service and installation

JWS recently installed a system.

JWS (Madeliene) helped us every step of the way and was VERY helpful and personable dealing with my mother direct and guiding her through the applications for rebates etc. (complete opposite to call centres experience).

initial recommendations around product was exactly what we were after, a quality product at a very good rate. Product knowledge was excellent, they listened and made an offer accordingly.

JWS - Price was as competitive as anyone else, but add on the exceptional service - was an excellent deal - very happy.
