Original Review on 19-04-2011:
The email tutorials from SolarQuotes are excellent preparation for the solar novice.Email communication with Roger and Colin from Jessups Solar Squad has provided: answers to my many questions, specifications and operating manuals for a range of equipment; thus helping me to decide what would best suit our needs. The water in a 250 L stainless steel cylinder will be heated by an array of 30 glass tubes with a SolaStat controller.
Grid-connect electricity will come from 12 photovoltaic panels feeding a Sunny Boy 2 kW inverter.
This Solar Quotes Feedback Form refers to system size - electricity production. It doesn't include solar hot water systems. Our spend was for solar electricity and solar hot water production.
17 months later we asked Graeme: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes, we now look forward to the electricity bills.20 August 2012

Solar installation - Tasmania
Initial contact with sales was great and they kept answering any questions etc. Your proposed company was great too - but did not appear to be able to find our property on the map to get a better idea of where we were situated etc. Quotes were very close, and we decided to go with the local supplier. The Installer was on time and had further suggestions to improve the installation. Solar is now up and running - and already providing us with credits.Panel rating: 4/5
