Excellent installer
JCS installed our 6.6 Fronius system recently. The system to be installed was not a simple straight forward one as we had an old system on our home . Of the 5 installers to survey and quote a system JCS offered the best solutions both practically and economically. JCS are a quality and caring team doing their job quickly with ease and no fuss. They pay attention right down to the smallest of detail and were always easy to contact and work with.Inverter rating: 5/5

Professional and engaging crew
Professional and engaging crew who installed additional solar panels, a new inverter and split system in a couple of days without too much disruption to electricity supply whilst working from home during COVID-19. Staff, including apprentices and office staff, were very helpful and friendly to engage with. Payment was after completed and straightforward. John is quick to respond to emails and texts, and with the system up and running and the app allowing us to track performance and usage, I'm a very happy customer. Will definitely come back and use JCS again.Panel rating: 5/5

Great Service
After being dudded by 3 other solar companies that couldn't even be bothered to turn up to do a site inspection, JCS was everything the others weren't. John, the owner took care of everything. Even providing a detailed guide to filling out the official stuff that I had to complete.The price was similar to the other 3 indicative quotes I had received and the components used were good quality.
The installation was done on the day that was indicated on the quote and it went flawlessly. They even installed a few power outlets in my shed when they were here.
Would recommend to anyone in Northeast Victoria, and already have.

Job was perfect couldn't recommend them more.
Sales and quoting process was thorough and honest. I had another mob quote me sight unseen and I didn't like that these guys came and told exactly what was going on at my place.Installation was spot on. Quoted accurately and done in the time they said it would be done.
Customer service was great and very professional good communication verbally and through email and invoicing.
The whole process was organized through them.

JCS advised us of the installation date. He also informed of the delay and the new date. As the solar Authority paperwork did not go as fast as we hoped. He called to find a mutually suitable time.
Quoting and invoicing was excellent. The installation boys arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the installation in one day. The next day one installer returned to do grid connection and check the system etc.The company organized everything, I watched the installation.

Yes it has.Single household-previous 12 months comparison of gas + electricity >$1500.
To now purely electric approx $500 12mths.
