Excellent experience from start to finish.
The quote and agreement on the best system for our needs was finalised on the same day we contacted Instant Solar.The installation team arrived as agreed on the day booked. They were punctual, polite and great to deal with. The old system was removed and disposed of. Extremely efficient, clean and tidy workers.
Customer service has been amazing throughout the whole process. Everything was explained thoroughly, grid connection organised and monitoring app installed with their help.
We would 100 percent recommend Instant Solar. We are so pleased we chose them to install our new system.

Fantastic service
From the beginning Gavin made the whole process very smooth. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry and was able to explain everything well. He is very approachable and friendly.The installation went very smoothly and had no issues at all.
Instant solar have a great customer service before and after the job was completed.

Fantastic customer service and products.

Recommendable installer
They are very nice, friendly, and did a good job, also helped with everything I needed to know, would definitely recommend to my friends to go to this company.I'm really satisfied with the recommendation of Solar Quotes. Haven't got the battery yet. Maybe in the future. They even included a full cover for my inverter free of charge.

Installed on time
Staff were professional and came on site to give me a quote. After doing more research they answered my questions and were able to do the quote quickly. Once installation was scheduled it happened on time.Inverter rating: 3/5

Perfect from start to finish
The team at Instant Solar took care of our installation from start to finish. This is our second time using their services, as we've moved to a new property with higher electricity usage due to our growing family.Sam conducted a free site inspection to ensure everything would fit properly and explained exactly what we needed. After receiving the quote, the team handled everything, including grid applications and the installation, which took about 2-3 weeks.
Since the installation, we haven’t had to buy any power thanks to the system's size and the battery for our nighttime use.
We’re excited to receive our next bill, which we expect will be in credit!
