Innovate Electrical and Solar installed the solar system for our home.
Innovate Electrical and Solar installed the solar system for our home. Their installers were very efficient and kept the place clean and tidy as much as possible. Trustworthy and efficient company
Our experience with the installer was extreme positive. We were a bit nervous as we did not know anything about how solar panels work or the details of systems but they were able to give us detailed information that we could understand. Never did we feel like we were pushed during the process.All promises and commitments made were kept. Installation was done very quickly without disruption. The installer on the day seemed very experienced and was extremely polite.
Special shoutout to Leah who went above and beyond to sort out issues with our NMI. She even took the time to sit on the phone with me and the electricity companies to try and sort it out. Very pleased we were lucky enough to be introduced to this company.

First class experience
I contacted Innovate Electrical and Solar on the basis of a recommendation of a good friend. The inspection of my fourteen year old existing solar system was thorough and the various options available and suited to my position were fully explained. I committed to one that suited my requirements and budget.Innovate Electrical, and Solar organised the grid connection.
The installation was commenced on the date and time agreed. The installation crew were first class. Polite, quiet, and competent. The property was left as clean as it was prior to installation.
The system hand over was very thorough and included a full run through of the installation, the warranties, and where/how to contact them should there be need of help.

Solar design, installation and project management
Innovate electrical are a very professional and customer focused team of installers and project management officers. Fantastic installers and smooth process!
Sales quoting process was easy and very informative. Install was done on time and the boys finished the job and left it clean. They assisted me throughout the whole process and helped me grid connection with my retailer.
