Troubleshooting a eleven year old 5K solar system

Patrick fixed my eleven year old solar system within a couple of hours, after I had contacted other companies who were only willing to replace the whole system at great cost. He is very friendly polite and punctual. I would have no problem with recommending Ingot Energy for any electrical work especially solar. For most people solar systems can be difficult to understand and there are so many companies out there ready to take advantage of the situation. Ingot is not one of these companies. This is a no brainer. Call Ingot and you can be assured of getting an excellent result.

Professional Customer service

We installed an 8.2 KW system 2 years ago with a different company at the time and upgraded the current system with additional 5 KW Solar panels and a Sonnen Battery EVO 10KW to cover out power consumption for the Air condition of our two units and the Pool heater system.
We are now producing now more energy as using during the day and store energy for the evening and night in our 10KW Evo Sonnen Battery.

First Class Installation

The supply & instillation of our 13,2Kw solar & battery system by Patrick Williams from Ingot energy was surprisingly smooth & stress free.
Patrick is very professional, always received a text for his ETA, always on time, left the work site clean & tidy, the fitting & placement of the inverters battery very neat, all rubbish removed, the whole job a credit to his expertise.
We would highly recommend Patrick Williams/Ingot energy for all your solar & electrical requirements.

Great installation and customer service

The process was so easy from quoting to installation. Ingot Energy (Patrick) was always punctual, polite and tidy. We got a bigger system for pool heating and air conditioners. Came with a 25 year warranty and a app for monitoring the system. When they changed the meter he sent a message to confirm that they had switched the system back on. Always helpful. Very stress less installation and I know if there is a problem, he will be back to fix the problem ( which helped make our decision easy on who to pick)

Completely satisfied

Ingot Energy installed my complete solar system. Patrick, the company owner (a qualified electrician with years of solar experience) was onsite for the entire installation. The workmanship was so professional, thorough and tidy. For advice, communication and a job well done I can fully recommend Patrick and Ingot Energy.
