Exceptional experience
From start to finish and connecting my inverter to mobileonly deposit to start with. installed in 3 weeks and didnt ask for the payment till it was working which is the most satisfying part..

Poor quality in electrical at meter box and bad sales attitude
After installation of the solar system. Aircon electrician found out the solar system cable was not properly connect to the RCD. Have to get the electrician to re connect the cable to the solar system RCD at my own cost.Send a text message and photo to the sales. They called me back in the afternoon to discussed the matter. They said they will look into the matter.
In the afternoon another person called and said I have to repeat the same issue again. They said by Monday someone will call me back about the issue. Come Monday NO one call.
Today someone from the service team called me and asked the same question. I told them to talk to sales and get the photo from them. I don't want to keep repeating the same issue again and again. They work in the same company they can talk about it instead of calling me and waste my time.
Sales called me back again and confront me for not sending the message to their correct number. They have 2 number and I have sent them a text to both numbers. They said everyone knows the solar business, everyone has 2 phone number. I don't install solar system everyday, how on earth would I know what number is for what?
They also told me they CANNOT TOLERATE me anymore. I just hang up the phone, This is the kind of sales person attitude when they don't need you anymore.
This is the kind managment of igreen engergy run the company. Focus on sales and don't care anything else.
Highly disappointed.

Very bad service
Tried getting my deposit back after finding a better deal with a more trusted company. They said no to a refund after i said I've got a battery from another company. If I didn't say i had purchased a battery from someone else they would have payed my deposit back. Now they've blocked my emails they wont answer any calls from my number, I find very offensive for a company i considered trusting. This company should be ashamed of themselves as they are taking advantage of people who a hard working citizens doing the right thing, we shouldn't have to put up with this kinda service. I do not recommend any one to use this company.25 January 2023
Absolute horrible
Stay away from this company, they will quote you first something to get you to sign the contract and once you paid the deposit, they change the product. Terrible customer service and shocking professionalism.25 December 2022

Helpful, good price, quick
Got a 6.6kw solar system installed from iGreen at the end of November. Riana was very helpful, got me a good price, and everything happened within the time frames she said. From first contact to all up and running took about 4 weeks, which I was impressed with. Riana helped me work out a good layout on my roof. I'm very satisfied with how the system is performing so far. It was a little bit hard to communicate with the two guys who were subcontracted (I assume) to install it due to language barriers. I'm mostly happy with the job they did.27 January 2022
Terrible customer service, followed up with terrible professionalism. It has been over 2 months and still not connected to the grid, attempted hidden fees after the fact.
I have had 4 visits from the installer to do parts of an install, still waiting to be connected to the grid and instead I am confronted with a charge to install that is outside of the original quote.Misleading and not fit for purpose. No one wants to help.

Great customer service and install
Inexpensive quotes for 2 x 6.6kW systems with a friendly lady.2 guys traveled 600km from Perth and installed 2 systems, left by noon next day.
Lead was experienced, efficient and cleaned up properly
CS Manager helped with getting through my issues with Synergy for application. Grid connection completed that day, up and running.

Overall good deal
Good quality products for the price. Good customer service.Confusing process with customer service at the start.
Installer didn't explain how to monitor system but the installation was very well done.

Positive Trade Experience
I had a new solar system installed by Sargon who arrived promptly, explained the process and delivered quality installation. He cleaned up and no trace of the installation was left behind except the new solar panels and inverter unit. It is a long time since I have had such a positive tradie experience.29 March 2021

Avoid igreen energy.
Cheap quotes with massive bills to follow.I had them quote my house after I sent extensive photographs from many angles of our place. The quote was $7K for 10KW system and I paid a $200 deposit. After the installer came they wanted roof washed, new screw lines put in, scaffold around house, gutter rails ect. For the install at my cost. This was going to more than double the cost of the quoted figure. They just didn't want the job. I asked if I could get my deposit back from them and he said yes but it never came.
They also claim that you get $100 for anyone who purchases a system from your referral. I can prove this is rubbish.
My advice to anyone considering this company is to forget it and go with a reputable (large) one because that's what we did in the end and we are now happy with the end product that cost $10K in total.

Great company to deal with, helpful in everyway
Easy quote online, quick chat and had the same day... Installation done on promised time ( a public holiday ) and very polite and friendly, helped set up with grid connection. Haven’t had a better experience with any trade01 November 2020
Good Company, Prompt installation, Good Product
We installed 6.6kw with goodwe inverter last year. So far all good we avrage 40Kwh during summer. So far the system has half paid it self off. No faults so far. Good company, Good InvestmentPanel rating: 5/5

Stay away
Please stay away. The prize quoted and the final prize totally different. Vere aggressive salesman and could not answer why the prize went up. Cancelled the installation. Requested a deposit which was not deducted from prize.11 June 2020

STAY AWAY from this mob! They would not stand by a written quote and increased their price after a deposit was paid.
Everything started out well with my dealings with this company however after we paid our deposit they increased their price. When I questioned them, they firstly stated the the quote was for a "limited time only". Indeed the price did say "limited time only" but NO WHERE on the quote did it say when that price expired. I was quoted on 28 Jan and accepted the quote on 6 Feb (9 days later) and paid a $400 deposit. When they called to get details for the contract the price had gone up by $1500, and they would not stand by it as it had "expired". When their cancellation department called me they changed their story and said that the sales person made an error and hadn't included the price of the optimisers (there was a line item in the quote for the optimisers) and that the sales person made an error. 2 previous people had said it was because of the "limited time". Someone was being flexible with the truth and when I pointed that out the cancellation, person berated me and said I should give the sales person "another chance". At one point he said "even God gives people a second chance". I would not deal with a company that lies to you and then berates you when they are trying to keep your business. They want to "beat any quote" - so you might pay less, but do you want to give you business to a company like this? I say NO! They then waited 7 days to refund me and insisted on refunding to a bank account not the credit card I had paid the deposit on. Their only saving grace was that they actually refunded my deposit.06 February 2020

Fantastic company
We got three quotes and iGreen was very competitive. Communication was great and they organized a happy and helpful installer that explained every detail, not only the installation but what we should expect for a "feed in tariff".A simple process that didn't take up lots of time. Installers turned up on time and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They left the site clean and tidy.

Very easy and quick deal
From start to finish process with Andy Amos was very smooth. All questions answered with great details. Instalation went easy and quick. Boys were very professional and accurate and all requests from me in regards positioning were respected. The other companies were either too expensive or were only interested in their own specialty interests.
Igreen Energy was selected based on their equipment, price and the many reviews I read. They only required a $200 deposit with the remainder on installation. AGL contacted us within one week to transfer the meter with installation to occur within four weeks.
The good news ended above. I didn’t hear from them again. I emailed after five weeks and they advised that they were not going to proceed due to the tiles on my roof?
I must say I previously had solar hot water panels on this roof with no problem.
It should be noted that they failed to contact me with their cock and bull story and if I hadn’t emailed I would still be waiting.
I have been frustrated at the whole experience as several other companies in the Southern Highlands NSW have either failed to provide a quote or quoted excessive prices for inferior equipment.
One company wanted $2500 for scaffolding for our one story home with 40 degree
roof pitch.

A really honest, genuine good company to deal with. Mark was really helpful with giving me three options on a Tier 1 premium system.
Ended up going with a 6.5kW system with Fronius 3 phase hybrid inverter and LG panels. Not much change from $10,000 but I am 100%
satisfied with the whole process. I want a system that will go for the next 20+ years and easily upgradeable to battery storage in the next several years.
I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for as ageneral rule and will always, always chose quality over price.
So impressed with these guys have just signed up for a 10kW commercial system for my business premises.
Thoroughly recommend this company 100% and will be using them again in the future for over systems and battery upgrade.
The installers did a great job too-worked all day non-stop like troopers!

Very good value for money, even with the best of components. Installation was to a very high standard and the performance of the system is great. Has very much exceeded my expectations. The electricity savings have been considerable and the system should pay for itself in under three years.

Igreen provided excellent service - returned calls promptly and came through every time with promises. They did not load their quote because we live in the country and even threw in an extra panel to counteract slight shading from a tree not taken into account when doing the original quote. Completely! The system works to expectations, even on cloudy days and our electricity bill is a fraction of what it was before.21 March 2018
So far the system is installed and working well. The install looks neat and tidy with average to good quality components. Too early to tell if there will be any problems or issues.
