Best Choice Solar Greenultimate
After looking into it real hard, I decided to go with Greenultimate solar for my solar setup. This customer service guy Arif, along with Fahad and Hamza from the sales team, really helped me out a lot. Alex , the guy who put in the panels did a good job, even when things got tough. We went for a 50kW system on our farm with these smart Canadian Solar panels that have TS4 Long String Optimisers, supposed to be real good.At first, I picked Shine for boost cause they had cheap prices, but their guys showed up without appointment outta nowhere with old busted panels with tiny cracks. I said no and asked them leave I canceled order said thanks and got my money back. Then I got in touch with Arif at Greenultimate. He walked me through everything and set up face to face meetings with his sales team. Plus he said I didn't have to pay upfront which made me feel more comfortable. The whole job was done in two weeks, and Alex did it real well.
The paperwork went smooth, and I got a smart meter in four weeks. Since then my electricity bill is been around $200 thanks to solar power. I'm really happy with Greenultimate Solar. They are professional, their prices are fair and they have cut down my bills a lot. Big thanks to Greenultimate Solar for their great service.

Great Service Honest People
I just received my first bill and I am extremely happy because I saved more than 90% on it. The customer service manager, Arif, and his sales team were very helpful. Arif explained everything to me in a clear manner and they installed a system that met my specific needs. They used Canadian Solar panels and a Goodwee hybrid inverter, which allows for future battery connection if I decide to add one later on. The installer, Sam, was professional, friendly, and honest. His team also cleaned up everything after the installation. The entire process, from signing the paperwork to completing the installation, only took one week. So far, I am very satisfied with the service and I have already recommended Arif and Greenultimate to my family and friends.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

From the first meeting it was a very easy process.
Arif the salesman was a very nice person who was a pleasure to deal with. The installation process was done on time and very professional.I didn’t have to do a thing Arif did all the grid connection

Poor Customer Service
During the sales process, we often felt pressured to make an appointment. The solar engineer, explained the panels and inverter to be used, but he also seemed very pushy and eager to make the sale before the end of the financial year. He did not clearly explain the charges for the finance being used or the company he applied for the finance with, which was only provided after the fact.After being away for a few weeks, we contacted them to find out when installation would take place. He responded via email that it would be starting in the next week. However, on a Sunday morning, the installers showed up without any prior notice. Unfortunately, we were not at home at the time. The installer asked where we wanted the panels, and we directed them to the location on the plan. However, the installer had a different idea, which caused us to ask them to leave until we could speak with our original solar engineer. Despite sending multiple emails and leaving messages, we received no response from him.
Due to the lack of customer support and organisation, we ultimately decided to cancel our order and finance. Since then, we have received several other quotes from local installers, and they are approximately $7,000 cheaper than GreenUltimate.

Great services
The sales quoting process was good and they answered our many questions. Thanks to this site - Solar Quotes we were able to be better informed and less prone to “sales talk”.The installation was done quickly and efficiently and caused no disruption to us.
The customer service has been good we have contacted them with questions about the App and the connection. Unfortunately it is difficult to determine if it is our energy supplier or the solar supplier but 5 weeks on we are no closer to getting connected to the grid. Each keep blaming the other for the delay.

Warnies Solar Sales
I went with Green Ultimate because they have a office in Moree with a resident salesman,Warnie, who has just bought a house here. They have done quite a few installations locally and have a good name here. I went with a 6.6 kw system, 18 x 370 watt Risen panels and a Goodwe inverter, for $5800, which I thought was reasonable value. The system was installed quickly and quietly, it has only just been switched over so haven’t had a bill yet. Happy so far.8 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes I’m happy , my quarterly bills have dropped from $ 400-$ 500 down to less than $100Durability of inverter and panels so far seems good

Impressive services!
Very impressed with the excellent customer service explaining the purpose of installing solar at home.Would highly recommend only Green Ultimate for Solar Power Systems. I found cheaper quotes but they were not clear about their products.

Very Happy with the Longi 315W panels and the Goodwe Inverter.
Very Happy with the Longi panels,Goodwe Inverter and E store Alpha battery . We have seen very impressive results in the last quarter and can't wait to see the next bill. I am hoping for a credit bill this time. We are smashing our bills and thanks to the boys at Greenultimate we decided to get Solar. We fully recommend these guys!Panel rating: 5/5

Great price, good products.
Sales / quoting process was good.Install was good
Customer service could have been a little better, I had to chase the sales person a few times for install dates. They had some issues with obtaining panels due to Corona Virus related matters.

Very Happy with the 6.5KW Canadian Solar System.
Useful consultation and got to know a lot of information and the 6.5 KW system is just right for us. Very happy with the 1st Bill after the install. The 2 sales guys Warn and Lovyn was very friendly and i am happy to refer friends to them.This 5.00 star review was removed at the request of the reviewer

Very poor service have rang so many times, to say the solar system isn't working but not yet has anyone come out to look. I'm still getting very high bill's and I'm paying for something that's not working.04 April 2019

Yes if you look under Colin in the reviews you will see where they say they decided to change panel position on roof yes only after I complained about it not saving what they said as for the net meter they never explained what it was about so I thought they were just after more money now when they told me about the meter and what it does I’ve asked for one turns out the electrician who did it has to fill in the relevant information on the form so I can get the meter I’ve told them this and haven’t had s response from them please be careful they rush the job then blame you for them not explaining what needs to be done I’m waiting on the net meter have been since before Xmas they haven’t bothered to get back to me all they have done is say I backed out of the meter so there making out it’s my fault there the so called professionals they should have known where to place the panels on my roof also should have explained what the net meter was for poor customer service then blames the customers

Greenultimate installed a system for my business. I am really happy and would recommend them to everyone. They have done a lot of work around the town. Metering took sometime but that had to be done by the retailer. I am a happy customer.

Took a little time to get the net meter installed and little confusion on what the unit could and couldn’t do as far as the sunny boy app slotted now though8 months later we asked This person: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Not quite as many savings as I thought10 August 2018
They said we would save 70 percent just got our bill $980 saved $26 now maybe I’m not that good at maths but don’t sound like I saved 70 percent on top of that we also pay $600 every 3 months for the loan that last for 5 years so now instead of a cheaper option I’m paying $1600 every 3 months bloody liars for the next 5 years

After speaking to our Solar Engineer we then decided to change the position of the panels to give better output.
We have now changed the system to a different roof and Meter issue is sorted. Colin understands that he has to wait for another full quarter to see the results.

Supplier Reply:
Colin did not wait for a Bill that had a full reflection on Solar after the net Meter. When the energy company sent him the message to change the Net Meter he messaged back to them thinking they will charge for the Meter and cancelled the booking.We then had to re-organise this.

Avoid this company. They will lie about the amount of energy delivered and then you are locked in to a contract to repay the system which does not do what they promised. They also told me that the finance did not include interest.
