Original Review on 18-05-2023:
Love my new solar power system.
It’s early days, but I am very pleased with my new solar power system.Installation was fuss free; the installer provided clear explanations of the technology and the government support available; and the App is so easy to use. I have learned even more about minimising my power use without sacrificing comfort.
The information on Finn Peacocks website is excellent. Original ratings

10 months later we asked KAREN: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
My only disappointment is the difficulties in dealing with my power provider, PowerCor, including:- they misplaced the documentation loxdged by ny installer and originally claimed they had no records fo its installation. Subsequently, I was informer my applicaiton had been lodged then later withdrawn. All quite implausible and niw remedied by my uinstaller, Green Wave.
- PowerCor has recenty changged its billikng practices, the end result of which diminshes the savigns of people with solar panels. That is, the daily rate for merely being connected has increased by much more than the usage rate.
I am currently out of Australia visistng family, but when I return I intend to check online to learn whether other consusmers have or plan to make a complaint about PowerCor to the Dept of Fair Trading.
