Amazing Performance after 6+ Years
I had a solar system installed at my home by Grand Solar back in 2017, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.Sales/Quoting Process: The sales and quoting process was incredibly easy and straightforward. They provided clear and detailed information, making it simple to choose the right system for my needs.
Installation: The installation took place on 27/12/2017. The team, led by Kenan, installed a 10.075 kW system, consisting of 31 x 325W GCL solar panels and an 8.2 kW Fronius Inverter (three-phase). They were punctual, polite, and very tidy. Everything was done by the book, and the quality of their work was evident. I was impressed with how smoothly the installation went, and they left the site clean and orderly.
Customer Service: The customer service was exceptional. Grand Solar, under Kenan’s leadership, handled all the paperwork, including organizing the grid connection after the install. This made the whole process stress-free for me.
Performance: Initially, I had some doubts about the GCL panels, but after 7 years of operation, I’m extremely impressed with the returns they’ve provided. The system has performed beyond my expectations, delivering consistent and reliable energy savings.
Overall, I highly recommend Grand Solar for anyone considering solar installation. Their professionalism and attention to detail, guided by Kenan, made the experience a breeze from start to finish.

Great installation
*sales and quotes were very detailed with imagery layout*staff involved with installation were polite and informative
*the installation by tradespeople was neat tidy and reflective of the savings on our power bills
*staff involved with the installation assisted with the application of apps to monitor performance of the generation of the system and how to monitor any trouble shooting or servicing needed

Excellent Service
I contacted Grand Solar to obtain quote for solar panel installation. Their quotation was not the lowest. but after weighing up all possibilities I decided to go with Grand Solar. The technician Ken was Excellent. He explained everything that was in the quote and consulted with me on every step of the installation. Took extreme care not breaking a single tile during the installation. After service is equally impressive. Have no hesitation in recommending Grand Solar to anyone who wants a quality solar systemPanel rating: 5/5

Grand Solar Installed on 20/03/2017 7.83 kW - 27 x 290W Trina Solar panels 8 kW Power-One inverter
I received my quote from Kenan from Grand Solar within hours of my phone call.They supplied a new system to replace an existing system that was old and taking up too much roof space with little output.
I had the following installed Installed on 20/03/2017
7.83 kW - 27 x 290W Trina Solar panels
8 kW Power-One inverter.
Grand Solar showed up on the day promised and removed the old system so i could get the roof refurbished, they then returned 1 week later as promised and installed the new system.
All work was done as per the regulations required all cables in conduit and all signage where required.
When the installation was complete they removed all rubbish and ran me through how the system worked and all warranty paperwork was handed to myself.
Grand Solar helped organise the required electrician for the meter connection.
Any time i have needed any help Kenan has always taken my calls and sorted things out so a great customer service.

Best thing we’ve done for our home!
Our new solar system is the best thing we’ve done to improve our home yet! We’re saving power, saving on bills.. saving lots!The installation process was streamline and the gentlemen who installed them were great! Answered our questions and were very efficient and professional!

Awesome service
Grand solar is a awesome professional company, very satisfied with the quality and installation of work.My calls and question were allways answered, communication was spot on, mr kenan also gave me multiple solar options to pick from.
I've chosen a hybrid inverter just to make it future proof if I wanted to add solar batteries in the future.
Speaking from experience, I'm one happy customer, great people, great warranty, I have no worries with recommending grand solar.

Professional and fantastic installer
Process was efficient. The time I got the quote and agreed to the installation was a streamlined process.Ken spoke to me about the best price and his recommendation what would work best at my property.
The team was there early, walked me through the whole process. The install was tidy and clean, everything was hidden.
They cleaned as they went and left the area spotless when they finished.

Grand Solar - Honest, Punctual, Reliable and second to none
Kennan at Grand Solar answered all our questions right through every stage of the whole show.His teams patience ability is outstanding and second to none as we had a few extra things done to our system for our specific needs. Their expertise in our installation was very professional, neat and tidy. Kennan went the extra mile in every way and connected us to the grid allowing our system to recoup a return from our energy supplier due to our feed-in. His after sales service was one of which we have never experienced before. His remote monitoring of our systems performance and follow up phone calls making sure we understood the use of the app he supplied ensuring ourselves as consumers can easily monitor and see our usage and grid feed-in. He was and still is never too busy to answer our phone calls with any questions we might have even to the point of assisting us with overcoming an issue that had nothing to do with his installation but was due to our geographical position and our Wi Fi which has been rectified, also with his help. My wife and I would very highly recommend Grand Solar to anyone wanting a seriously great system.

Fantastic experience installing solar and EV charger
I recently had Grand Solar handle my solar panel installation, EV charger setup, and switchboard upgrade, and the experience was fantastic.The sales team really knew their stuff and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, helping me choose a system that was right for me.
The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The crew did a great job and took care in their work.
I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Their prices were competitive, and I would definitely recommend Grand Solar to others.

I didn't end up going ahead with any of the 3 companies that were recommended to me by SolarQuotes, as they were quite a lot more expensive, or were only interested in pushing certain brands/packages.
I had in my mind what I wanted, and asked to be quoted specifically on that. One of the three companies couldn't even manage that, clearly not reading my emails when I requested a specific model inverter and panels.
I would definitely give SolarQuotes another go if I installed or upgraded in the future, but only if different companies were recommended to me. I am not sure how the algorythm works or if it's just totally random, but for all of the solar companies around me, the 3 that were recommended turned out to be not the ones I would have been happy doing business with.

They only said "this might change on the day and you could end up paying more". The company I went with had a look and included it in the quote. I also got Sungrow consumption monitoring, which is fantastic. The installation was smooth, installer on time and did a thorough job.
Customer service is great, I had some issues with my inverter shutting down regularly after installation, it would literally be off between 10am-4pm due to overvoltage in the grid. On the installer's advice, I contacted Western Power who did some testing and then arranged some urgent fault works to get me moved onto a different power circuit on the pole out the front of my house. This all took a week to be fixed, and since then my C phase voltage is no longer peaking at 257v during the day, and mostly sticks below 250v.

Top quality installation and excellent after sales support
We have large roof areas and we were able to accommodate 6.6kw each on both north and west facing roofs. The quoting process was trouble-free. The installation was very professional with top-quality components used. We requested to finish the job in 1 day if it was possible, so they sent a team of 4 on the installation day, they were very tidy and cleaned up the area after the installation was completed. Grandsolar was very professional and patient, they were available all the time to answer any of our queries. Furthermore, they were monitoring our solar outputs and noticed a solar string wasn't producing as much electricity as it should, especially it was north facing one. They booked the time with us and came out to check the panels and rectified the issue straight away. I am super happy with Grandsolar's service and my solar investment.Panel rating: 5/5

Very dedicated team, always asking approval prior to any changes. Constant inspection of each other's work minimised any errors (none to my knowledge).The guys were polite and respectful, they cleaned up each day and kept us informed all the way through the installation process.
8 months later we asked Michael: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

The grand solar team relocated my existing solar and added an extra 5 2kw. Very professional in their design, workmanship and installation quality. Sales team were very flexi ble and provided more than I asked for. Installation team were adaptable to the onsite differences they discovered and did a great job. Gave me a full inspection before they left, including setting up the monitoring software. Has been operating for 2 months now and I cannot fault the quality of the product they installed.
