Fantastic
The quoting process was so easy with expert knowledge and friendliness.The installers were polite neat and so organised.
Great to see a local team with a can do attitude to do my little old house.

Great service and great value!
Future Friendly Solar were great. They were super helpfull throughout the process. The government rebate was tricky at best and the team at FFS were there to help at every turn. Everything that the company promised to do, they did and their equipment does. The solar power we derive from our system has more than halved our electricity bills in our pharmacy which is open every day of the week 9-8pm.
The system cost us approx $10000, and we are saving around $250 per month, thus this system will pay itself off in just over three years ASSUMING no further increases in power cost (unlikely). I think this is a worthwhile return on investment, considering the environment benefits at the same time.
The installation was seamless. The installers professional and courteous AND THOUGHTFUL.
I am just about to roll out solar onto a number of other properties we own.

I had a 5kw inverter with 2kw of solar panels and I wanted to add an extra 3kw of panels.Future Friendly Solar did the job promptly and entirely to my satisfaction. The fact that are an independant local company (Mornington) is an added bonus to me.
8 months later we asked Cliff: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes it has.I am particularly pleased that I added the extra 3kw of panels in 2016

The whole process from point of contact with Guy to completing the installation was efficient and competent and reaffirmed that our decision that to use 'futurefriendly solar power' was the right decision. Of course the system has not been installed for very long, but we have always been advocates of solar power having an off the grid/stand alone system at another house we own on the Great Ocean Road for 9 years. We are sure our experience with this system will be beneficial and cannot stress enough the expertise demonstrated by Guy and Chris.

Really good install with exception to the final stage when it needed to be configured to the tablet to monitor the output, I spent hours if not days trying to figure it out.

We had several quotes done but we found that the easy no fuss style from Future Friendly staff a pleasure to deal with.
Due to the size of the system it was installed over a few days. During this time we were kept informed as to progress and any issues they encountered and how they over come them.
The installers were extremely fussy as to how the panels were aligned to each other even though the roof was a bit up and down in places. The finished result shows the panel alignment to be straight and uniform. Which looks pretty slick.
Ladders had protectors so as to not scratch the guttering.
Extra work and materials to mount the Inverter were done and not charged for.
All rubbish was removed.
Follow up questions have been answered promptly.

Guy was not the cheapest quote but certainly not the dearest. Came up with a very good solution for a difficult installation. A very neat job with quality components - Fronius inverter and Trinia panels. Very happy with result and would recommend to others.

My wife and I have found Future Friendly/Guy Skewes to be a very competent solar specialist. Guy is a qualified electrician who has a very sound knowledge of the solar industry. We found his knowledge and expertise most helpful when we were first tentatively feeling our way into our initial (residential) solar installation and then again when we decided to upgrade the system in preparation for battery installation.

Had a friend recommend Future Friendly to me after he had Guy and his team install a larger system at his house.
We had an older 1.5kW system that was not really doing much to offset our use, so spoke to Guy about our usage and what would be appropriate. Got very straight forward advice and pricing that I felt very comfortable going ahead with.
Guy and his team did a great job removing the old system (which we managed to resell the panels from) and installing the new panels and inverter. Panels look great on the roof, which I was worried about at first - really helps when someone does a job this cleanly! Great quality Fronius inverter too with excellent connectivity to my phone.
No hesitation in recommending Future Friendly to anyone looking for a quality system at a good price!

It was not an easy installation but we believe it could not have been done cleaner or more efficiently than they provided! I chose Future Friendly Australia based on my observation of our neighbour's installation by the same company and the fact that they have been in operation locally for several years, which gives me peace of mind if I ever have any post installation issues with the system. Before signing up all of my questions were simply answered in terms that I could easily understand. There was no hard sell. I was very impressed with FFA's professionalism, efficiency and workmanship. The job was completed in less than a day and the finished job looked very neat and tidy.

Very professional quote and installation, Guy ( the owner) was prepared to visit our home and give advice and information, he was approachable and pleasant. The installation was done in a day, very neatly with minimum fuss and Guy was prepared to sort out some extra electrical problems as well.

Future Friendly quotation was both fair and reasonable with no hidden surprises. On time, on budget and a very neat and professional installation by Brian. A company that I would have no hesitation in recommending to anybody in the Geelong region.Being on an embedded supply system it was frustrating that I had to use mandated third-party companies to (a) complete the monitoring system,and (b) a one-star rated Victorian communication company who between them manufactured excuses, delays and inefficiencies to take more than five weeks for my solar system to become operational. Simon (Future Friendly) going "above and beyond" in trying to progress the third party completion of the system.
