Excellent Service

Last 29th October 2020, Frits Solar installed a 6.6 KV solar panel system to our home with a Huawei Inverter. Excellent work. All very minor issues were immediately fixed. The system is working fine. Abhinu is a gentleman and provided me with fantastic customer service.
Recently, after I installed NBN optical fibre to the premises, I needed help with the wife connection to the inverter and Abhinu came personally and fixed it.
Definitely I would recommend them. Well done!!

Fritts Solar is our home electricity solution

Fritts Solar -We have had a great experience having our solar installed through Fritts Solar.. The guys that came out to install the panels were very helpful for the limited spaces.
We had some issues with wifi connectivity after the installation, but were able to resolve these issues with Mr.Abinu’s help, Thank you Abinu.
We have already seen a difference in our electricity bills and it is great to know that Feritts Solar is monitoring our solar production to ensure it is working properly.
The most advantage from Fritts Solar is their service after insulation, Mr Abinu Ragavan was organised for the inspections.
I am highly recommending Fritts Solar for your home electricity solution.

Very pleased with Fritts Solar

I had an excellent experience with Fritts Solar. Joy was accessible and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options of panels and inverters which made me feel confident about what I purchasing. The site visit was easy and the turn over to install was only 2 weeks or so!

On the day of install, the worker's were friendly and professional. They even pointed out some rust on my roof so I could patch it later on.

The panels have been running for a week now and I have had no problems!

360 degree great Experience

We got a Sungrow 5kw inverter, 26 Janke Solar Panels and Sungrow 9.6 kw battery all from Fritts.

Abinhu at point of sale was fantastic.
The installation was seamless.
The after sales advice from Abinhu was spot on.

The system has delivered. Our household with several people working from home consumes electricity non stop every hour of the day. Our average power cost prior to this system was $70 -$100per week. It’s now about $18 a week and that was through summer.

We don’t draw from the grid until the sun goes down. During the day the solar panels produce enough power to run the household electricity use and fully charge the batteries.

Once the sun goes down and the solar stops powering the house - the battery kicks in and the battery lasts until around midnight. On average we only start drawing power from the Western power grid and purchase electricity from Synergy from around 11pm to 7-8 am ($2.50 for the night)

So the system delivers!! Our goal is when batteries come down in price is to add extra batteries and have zero bills.

We purchase at 30c a KW.
Synergy pays us .020c per KW.

So we don’t get paid a lot from synergy. Those days are nearly gone. The savings comes from the solar panels and batteries.

We highly recommend Fritts in a crowded market with questionable providers promising cheap solar.

Great product, easy to deal with and genuine customer service. Impressed.

Great experience

Fritts Solar did everything they promised. There was a visit to site with a knowledgeable owner of the business. The quote was clear and precise. The installers arrived at the appointed time. The place was left immaculate- not so much as a scrap of paper to be seen. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Great installation!

Abhi and his team were great from the beginning to the completion of our solar panels. Abhi took the time to come to our property and explained how it all worked, though I did research myself it helped that he confirmed everything I have read about solar panel systems and also gave suggestions and answered other questions I had.

Managed to snag a deal just before I signed up and even managed to get an upgrade to a better set of panels for free. We also got our panels installed within the following week of signup. Tradies left the area clean and installation only took a few hours. Would recommend. Thanks again Fritts Solar.

Quick installation, excellent service

Got a sungrow inverter with JA panels, but they upgraded the panels to longi hi-mo6 - when I asked the installation contractor (a neutral party) about the upgrade, they said they're heaps better. Stoked! So far, great efficiency with power.

Solar Panels and Inverter

We had a fantastic experience and can definitely highly recommend Fritts Solar. I phoned on a Thursday to ask for a quote and I was told they are fully booked for Friday but someone will be available to see us on Saturday!!! How incredible that they work on weekends. A very professional electrician came on Saturday promptly at the arranged time.
They did all the paperwork for the government rebate which was extremely helpful. We reserved very professional and high quality services from this company

Follow up service from Fritts

was contacted by Fritts Solar today after they noticed that my Fronius inverter was no longer on-line. Chad from Fritts was very patient and talked me through the process of getting my new home wifi system linked to the Fronius wifi. While I hadn't noticed that I could no longer monitor my solar system's performance, Fritts had and were then able to get me reconnected. Excellent follow-up service by this company - I would recommend them not only for this great back-up service but also for their initial installation which was both professional and extremely competitively priced.

Reasonable prices, and reasonable deals. Customer service is very good. It was a pleasant experience all throughout!

Quoting was reasonable, and you can arrange how you can pay them. The tram in general is very helpful. There was only one instance where I have to remind one thing, but other than that, service was great!

Satisfied customer

We chose Fritts because they didn't push a particular brand of inverter or panels. They gave us the information about the disadvantages and advantages of each type. The other two companies we asked, each pushed a particular budget brand, one even attempted to dissuade me from getting Fronius inverter because it would be noisy (it isn't).

Fritts was about $1200 cheaper than the other companies when comparing the same brands. They did use a contractor to install but they appear to be their regular contractors and they did a great job, and helped me set up the app. Everything went seamlessly, even though I had to wait for Western Power to change the meter. Once this was done everything kicked in on the app automatically., after I turned it on as per installer instructions

Highly Recommended!!! 10/10

Finally putting this review after around 4 months (1st week of December) of having the solar installed Frittz Solar.

After hours of reading reviews, I decided to get quotes from 3 companies. Spent around 4-5 hours of consultations with all 3 representatives, I decided to go with Frittz Solar for the following reasons.
- No flashy brochures but with a a notebook, Abhi demonstrated deep knowledge and answered all the questions to satisfaction.
- The price offered for same type of solar panels & inverters as others, had a difference of around $1000.
- The flexibility to payback over a short period of time saved me a lot of money that was going to be paid in interest, (9.5% as recommended by others)

Once decided, the installation process was very smooth. Got them installed earlier than expected date.

In past 4 months, not even single issue has come up & the system is working perfectly since then.

Lastly, Frittz Solar has followed up multiple times to ensure customer satisfaction.

I hope this review will help those who are super-confused, Like I was, to decide who to go with. I would suggest to at least get a quote from these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Great service and installation from start to finish

We were impressed with the non pushy sales process and easy to understand quote explaining how the process would work from start to finish. The installation was efficient the team arrived on time they were clean and tidy, workmanship first class.
Had some trouble setting up the Fronius app couldn’t fault the customer service from Fritz solar as Chad was very patient with helping in settling up the app.

Amazing Installation

1. Quote was provided by the Manager/owner of the company and was the cheapest of all 3 quotes provided which had the same brand of Panels and Inverters. All had the same guarantees over a period of time.

2, Notification of arrival time was given 24 hours before hand. Extremely polite men who answered all questions asked of them. They left the place in a clean and tidy state. Michael was very informative on how the system works and what to look for on the App. Morning is the best time to use the dishwasher and washing machine in 1 hour intervals.

3. Raj rang a few days later to ensure that the app was reading correctly and that we knew how to use if to our advantage.

A few months in and definitely 5 Stars

We had 14 Jinko panels and a Huawei inverter install a few months ago and what a difference it has made! Our bill is drastically lower and we run a pool, spare freezer and a small workshop on top of the usual household items.
The installation team were very punctual, efficient and friendly. They gave a thorough hand over on how to operate, and what to do if it comes to troubleshooting.
The customer service from Joy has been outstanding from the beginning and then with follow up enquiries.

Excellent service and seamless install

Thanks to SolarQuotes I was learning quickly, and the sales person (Joy) at Fritts was very patient with my constant questioning and optioneering. They helped me understand what was best for us, and did not push any particular system on us. Remarkably, when I was asking some reasonably detailed technical questions, the sales person did not fob me off, in fact was honest that they could not answer that specific thing and arranged for the engineer to call me to discuss.

The more I dug the more I wanted a solar plus battery system, despite the relatively high outlay, and the team at Fritts assisted greatly in maximising our panel output and battery size for our budget. the best bang for buck ended up being Jinko panels with a Sungrow inverter and battery combo plus dedicated backup.

The installation team from Western Fusion led by Matthew, were fantastic, very punctual and polite, completing the work in the time they said and cleaning up all the mess. Matt took me through the system, the energisation process, the backup circuits and the accompanying app.

Slight hiccup as the installation was completed just a few days prior to Christmas and the office team did not get the approval to energise over to me for a few days despite being received by Western Power earlier, but that was nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

On energisation everything has worked seamlessly, and even through some of the hottest recent days we are producing and storing enough power to be about 90% self sufficient. I expect outside of summer we will be very close to 100%, despite being a high use household.

I cannot recommend the Fritts team or Western Fusion enough, quality service, equipment and install.

Great company, Highly recommend

Prompt to keep the appointment, knowledgeable on product and very helpful. Turned up on time for installation were polite and accommodating, worked hard despite the extremely hot conditions. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Great Service.

Very happy with the overall process. The initial consultation with Abhi was very informative. He explained all the options clearly. After several quotes, Fritts seemed like the obvious choice and they were also very competitive price wise.
The system is only new, however, so far it all seems to be working as expected and I trust Fritts’ customer service if there are any problems in the future.

Excellent service

Had my old inverter replaced by Fritts Solar recently and was very happy with the service. I contacted many solar companies and Fritts Solar was one of the two companies that are willing to do to work, and they are the only one that can do it within the time frame that I needed, they promise that they can do it within 2 weeks and they deliver their promises.
Communication was great from the beginning, they understand my situation and advise all the options that i have, and all my email was responded in timely manners. Installation was faultless, the technician attend on time and did the work professionally.
Overall it was great experience, very happy with the result, many thanks to Chad, Abhi, and Fritts Solar team.

Good Value and Efficient

The sales process was very simple with Fritts. Competitive pricing that they were willing to adjust in line with some cheaper quotes I received, though Fritts was the most responsive and best to deal with throughout.

All questions were responded to quickly.

My installation took place today so I can comment on the system itself as yet.

They arrived on time. Cleaned up afterward. One small complaint is that they cracked a tile under a mortared ridge (a week after I had the ridges recapped) so all they could do was silicone it up. This doesn't affect my review. Happy to recommend Fritts.

Fritts was one of the 3 companies provided by Solarquotes and I went with them

-First call was to give me enough information besides what I already know from my own research. Provided a quote right away and left me be with just a follow up call after more than a week.

Changed my mind with the system size we wanted and didn't hesitate to provide a second quote. Email threads went on but they answered everything, every single ridiculous question I had.

- From signing to installation, promised up to 5 weeks but was done in less than 4 weeks. Installation team came on time, finished ahead of the promised duration albeit some hiccups with the installed smart meter. Left everything as they were, clean and tidy which is very much appreciated.

- Called me up as they were aware of the smart meter problem and was solved in less than hour remotely (installation was done on a Saturday and by Monday morning issue was resolved).

They organised everything from the paperwork, grid connection, testing and even the warranty certs for the equipment installed.

Double install

The sales and quoting process was very detailed and revisions requested promptly responded to. The installation we had 2 property's done over two days, the were punctual and were completed in approx half a day. The system was fully set up they installed the app on my mobile and set up the two property's for me to monitor. The meter upgrade was arranged and carried out approx a week later.

Very happy with the entire process

After quite a few quotes, we opted for Fritts because they didn’t push like the others did. Customer service was polite and informative from beginning to end.
The team that arrived were punctual and left the property clean and tidy. Any broken tiles that couldn’t be replaced at the time were swapped out for tiles closer to the gutters for me to change more easily at a later date. Which I appreciated.
Once the installation was complete the team leaders showed my wife and I how to use the app and also the simple instructions for switching the inverter off and on if needed.
The whole operation took far less time than we expected. It was a great process!
