9 months later we asked John: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes. Since installation 8 months ago it has produced over 5000 kWh's.We just use power as usual. Our latest account for period ending 16th Sept. was $117.00.
The solar rebate was $106.00.
During the billing period we used $171.00 worth of solar power not fed into the grid.

Very helpful and pleasant workers.16 months later we asked Doug: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes! System is producing good amounts of power especially on clear sunny days. Panels are spread over the eastern, northern, and western side of house. Had no problems with System.06 July 2012

I paid a $1500 refundable deposit, but opted to spend that on 2 extra panels instead, which gave me an 8 panel system instead of 6.
Overall I was disappointed mainly by the lack of customer care and follow up when I wanted to know progress. It was so bad, I actually drove to Brisbane to make sure they really existed. From the installers comments, I believe I am not the only one who had this problem.
