All the companies gave quotes without seeing the property. In the small print there were hidden costs. One company was going to charge me $500 to come out and quote. Forster Solar and Lighting visited the property and gave me a firm quote with no hidden costs. The job was done in one day, connected and pouring power into the grid the same day.

Original Review on 03-10-2019:
An excellent installation - all very clean and tidy
The Principal of the firm visited the site and provided sound advise in a timely manner. The formal quotation and subsequent changes and additions were communicated quickly. Following electrical supply company approval, the installation was completed as scheduled. The finish is all neat and tidy and thoroughly professional. The paper work for the grid connection was completed by the installer and the meter change over is scheduled. Original ratingsPanel rating: 5/5

8 months later we asked Derek: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
See earlier comments. The âacidâ test is âare we savingâ - getting a return on investment? For the first two quarters our electricity costs were down over $1000 on the same period last year. Our third quarter is just about to end and the predicted saving is a further $480 bring the total to about $1500 for the three quarters. Our electricity bill across the three quarters is MINIS approx $450 but that will certainly erode during the winter quarter. Looking for payback under five years
