Perfect outcome to worrying problem
Our sales quoting process was a down to earth and honest experience, that made us feel very happy in having the solar system fitted. It had been a quandary for some years now, not wanting to conned, but on the other hand not wanting to let the chance of saving all that money pass us by.The installation was a smooth easy proses, men all turning up on day, and time that had been specified, they were all cheery, happy, polite workers that made the expeareance a pleasure.
The customer service has been excellent. From start to finish. The promptness of call backs is wonderful, the speed in wich I got my quote in the first place and the easy understanding of the whole process, not being tied up in googaldy goop, that just confuses, was the first priority..thank you to every one in Florence that has made our experience a truely good one.

Great Solar installation from start to finish
The Florence Team are always a pleasure to work with and so they were my first port of call for solar installation. From the time I made the enquiry, the consultation with Daniel, the installation and even follow up, all my expectations were met. The entire team are always helpful, polite, they tidy up after themselves and know their business and what the customer needs. The installation went smoothly, and they guys turned up when they said they would, with a text to let me know they were on their way. I would highly recommend Florence Electical for all electrical and solar installation works. The system is working well and I couldn't be happier.Panel rating: 5/5

Professional from start to finish
We called one day and quote was completed the following day. Extremely professional, answered all our questions. Kept us informed through the process of installation. On installation day, the team were on time, polite, happy and friendly. They worked tirelessly to complete the installation.They organised the grid connection. The follow up customer services has been great, making sure we know how to use the website to monitor the system and we are happy with our solar system.
