Great team

We couldn't be happier with the whole process!
The communication was awesome from Lee providing the quote and working with us to get the best system to suit our needs and Martina in the office always ready to answer any questions we had.
The installation team were so efficient. Dante and Caleb kept us informed as to what they were doing the entire time.
The boys left the site clean, tidy and other than the system being in you wouldn't have known they were there

Pain free

Easy process from the early stage of quoting to the actual installation.
On the day the team removed our old faulty system and installed the new 13.2 Kw system without any issues.
Great to see how much power we are now generating to power the 2 houses on our property.

Excellent experience

Expert Electrical installed our solar system in our previous home and after moving to a new home we chose to use them again without hesitation. The total work carried out included:

- removal of old rooftop hot water system
- install of 13kw of solar panels and inverter
- install of heat pump hot water system
- install of air conditioner and two ceiling fans

The work was carried out as scheduled, on time and on budget, and we have experienced no issues with workmanship or quality. This is the second time we have used Expert Electrical and if we ever need another solar system or battery in the future we will use them again.

Great Team at Expert Electrical fantastic Job

Quotes and advice was great the team at EE listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to talk us into what we don’t want like a lot of other companies do.
EE kept us up to date and arranged install dates as soon they had a date for the parts arriving.
Guys were super friendly very professional the way they installed and managed the whole job.

Easy experience with great communication

Quoting and sales process was seamless, Expert Electrical attended site and discussed the options and also talked about emerging electrical advancements which is great to know they are keeping up to date.

Installation was on time with no issues, staff were very professional and I often laughed at hearing the seniors engage the juniors in their training.

Explanation and guidance was given but I am technical and pick things up quickly so could work everything out.

Overall great experience from quoting to getting in communication with Origin and Energex due to being an embedded network and then the install all working no issues.

Quoting inspection was done with prompt follow up with documentation that was clear and easy to follow.

Completely hassle free

Expert Electrical installed my original system over 12 months ago. No hesitation in going back to them when I decided to extend a month or so ago. Quote process was very efficient, communication around arranging installation was timely and the installation was very efficient on the day. Walked me through the extra pieces (Watt Pilot EV Charger) and how it all worked.

Fantastic Installer

Lee was the person who came to see my property, and provided me with a quote. Lee was very professional, and friendly. He was easy to communicate with, took the time to listen to what I had in mind, and provided solutions to them.

The installers were Caleb and team, they were amazing all around. There was a missed day due to part of the team being unwell, but they made up for it, and still did a great job. Caleb and team were professional, friendly, and polite. They kept a very tidy worksite, and the clean up after was good too. After the installation of my solar they explained what to expect afterwards, and also showed me the app that will work with my solar energy system.

The grid connection was organised by Expert Electrical, and they also kept me informed of the process, and what I need to do in terms of contacting my energy provider to notify and confirm with them that I have installed solar on my property.

On the whole I am very impressed with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have solar installed.

Fantastic installer

Expert Electrical have been brilliant throughout the whole process of replacing our old 1.5kw system. They were very quick to reach out and organise a time to quote. Lee was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and was able to provide multiple quotes as we didn’t know if we wanted a battery or not. Once we accepted we were booked in for installation within a month.

Caleb and the team were very professional and did a great job with the installation. Caleb set up the app and showed us how to use it. It is great being able to monitor our consumption for the first time. We have had a few questions after installation and they have been very prompt in responding.

The whole process has been seamless and we are very happy we went with Expert Electrical.

Expert electrical lives up to its name

We have had an excellent experience with expert electrical. From the get-go, Joran established a great rapport with us with timely email and phone contact to get the quote customised to our electrical needs, roof space for pannels and future proofing with suggested types of inverters.

The installation team was punctual, tidy, and professional. We rely on tank water for drinking and have high standards of cleanliness which they meet. They did 2 days of hard work all always easy to deal with. A special thanks to James Cameron and the other boys who I can't recall there names for going up and down the ladder on a 2story house with 74 panels and racking.

The whole expert electrical team were great. The staff from the office and installation team simplified the process of registering the system with energex and setting up the apps to get the most of ouf the solar system.

No Hassle Installer

The Expert Electrical team have been fantastic!
Lee was very professional and informative during the quoting phase and coped with all my requests.
Martina and Emma have been very helpful and supportive with applications and admin processes.
Caleb and his team were on time, very polite and efficient during installation and commissioning and how to use the monitoring app.
Whilst not the cheapest nor most expensive Expert Electrical have provided the system I needed at a reasonable price.

Above and Beyond

I had to replace my existing system, but wanted to keep my old Tarrif. Expert Electrical went above and beyond to liaise with my power supplier to determine the maximum system configuration I could have without losing my feed in tarrif. And then they beat the competition on price! Great installation with little wait time. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, fast installation

From the initial quoting stage, Francis from Expert Electrical was more concerned with how we were using electricity in our house rather than just trying to sell us a solar system. This was quite refreshing and a real point of difference in the quoting process. Discussions on better ways to limit grid usage combined with an appropriately sized solar system has seen a sizable reduction in our power drawn from the grid.

Expert Electrical were happy to provide quotes for multiple inverter brands and explained their panel recommendation in simple terms.

Installation was within 2 weeks which was great.
The installers ( Maurice and crew ) arrived on time and were extremely professional and had the system up in no time. There were no issues with my desired inverter location (garage) and went beyond to make sure it was installed there.

Maurice was very apologetic when he discovered the inverter was dead on arrival, but had a replacement inverter installed within 3 working days.

The system is currently performing above my expectations and would happily recommend Expert Electrical.

Home Solar and Battery install

I recently had a complete home solar and battery setup installed by Expert Electrical, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, their service was prompt and professional. The consultation process was thorough and made the entire experience simple and straightforward.

I chose a 13.2kW array with Jinko Tiger Neo N-type solar panels, a Fronius GEN24 10kW inverter, and a BYD HVM 16.6kW battery. The quality of the product and installation was top-notch, standing out among other companies I considered. Not only did they offer great pricing, but their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly impressed me.

A very professional installer.

The whole team at Expert Electrical are excellent. The initial quote with Lee the sales representative was very informative and left us with no questions about what would be best for us.
The installation was quickly arranged and they were flexible around us getting our roof painted at the same time. The install team were very polite and kept us informed of what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They were always bang on time for when they said they would be coming as well.
The customer service before and after has also been great. After install I was shown all the features of the system and they explained some troubleshooting I could do if anything went wrong. Any other questions I’ve had have been quickly answered by Martina or Emma from the office.
I would happily recommend expert electrical to anyone.

Everything organised as well as checking to ensure that I could keep the government feed in tariff.
All of the necessary paperwork organised.

Extremely happy with the outcome

My initial reason for using Expert Electrical came from the sales process. The representative at the time approached the sale from a technical aspect and was relentless in finding the right outcome that was suitable to my situation.

Following from there, the installation was impressively quick. A 13.2 kW system installed from 7 am to 2pm.

The guys installing were professional courteous and efficientl. Kudos to Caleb and the team.

Very happy

Expert Electrical recently installed a 13.2Kw array of panels on our home along with a 10Kw 3-phase inverter. The quoting process with Expert Electrical was very good with a sales person visiting our property and providing a couple of options for a system. They were able to answer all of our questions gave advice when needed.

The installation process went smoothly. The installer, Jacob, was very professional, polite and and easy to work with. There are always challenges during any installation and he was able to deal with any issues as they arose to complete the installation.

We are very satisfied with the work and the system is performing very well. Would definitely recommend the Fronius Symo inverter.

Would also definitely use Expert Electrical again and recommend them for your installation.

Exceptional customer service for a respectably priced and sturdy system

The quoting process was very simple for the system I had in mind, I had plenty of questions I prepared and about all of them were respectably answered with transparency and respect to the market and the company's past experience. The process had a focus on helping me understand to make the most out of my solar system beyond the installation, this was a surprise as all the other quotes I had cared only about selling the product.

The installers were polite, I had zero hassles with talking or asking any questions I had when I got an opportunity to ask, the guys were straight forward with anything they needed to tell me or for anything I wanted to say, other than that they were dedicated on working on the system within a timely manner. The panel and racks on the roof were installed fairly well from what I got to look at from time to time. The installers made sure to follow standards such as for the small portion of the roof facing north, it was fitted with 6 out of the 15 panels, the installers had those panels orientated in landscape to make most of the space while working within the exclusion zones between the bottom panels and the gutter. By the time the installation was done there was a decent effort to tidy up the area with no sizeable rubbish left behind.

Communication and customer service has been the strong point with discussing on a solar system with this installer. Throughout the process, I was provided with any email, calls or text regarding to the installation and quote ranging from the installers to both my power provider and distributors. From dealing with the quoting process to follow-up calls to the installation and finally to post installation, the customer service and communication from my sales rep, caller and installer have all been respectable, clear and transparent.

A + Solar installation!!

From start to finish, these guys were awesome.

I found them on Solar quotes and after being put in touch with them, I had a call from someone asking if they could come to my house to see what and how it could be installed. (Incidentally, the only company who did)

Lee arrived on time and had a look around, he found a few additional items that were required to be installed and made me aware of what they were, why it needed to be installed and how much it would cost, this is a huge thing for me not having hidden costs being sprung on me at the last minute. Lee was at my house for 20 minutes, and after he had left, I had a quote within 5 minutes!

After engaging Expert Electrical and paying my deposit, they came to my house and installed the whole system with no fuss, they were a nice bunch of guys who got on with the job and cleaned up after they had finished. Once the installation was completed, they took the time to run me through the system, how it works and how to isolate it. They also told me how to ensure the system stays in good condition and what maintenance was required.

I was so impressed with the whole process and have asked them for more work to be carried out on my house as they deal with A/C installations also!

Quick and clear

We had our solar installed on our residential property within a month of first contact. Lee the sales person was easily contactable, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. The installation team on the day consisted of 4 men who were able to install the whole system and 36 panels in one day. They were friendly, open to questions, efficient and left the place spotless. System works great and love the app for tracking our usage. Feels great to run the clothes dryer guilt free. It has already hugely reduced our electricity bills, in line with what we were advised. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic Installer

After receiving 4 quotes for a new solar system we decided to go with Expert Electrical. They were the best price and provided excellent quality solar panels and inverter. We researched the different brands that each quote provided before making our decision. As soon as we accepted their quote they immediately got the ball rolling and contacted Energex to lodge an application for the new system. Expert electrical was quick to organise the installation date and we are very happy with the results and our new solar system. Great quality, very professional

Timely, Professional & A1 Customer Satisfaction.

From sales to install Expert Electrical were awesome to deal with, it didn't feel like the typical slimy solar company trying to squeeze you for all your dollars. I had my quote adjusted a couple of times and any concerns were always promptly answered with a very short delay.

Expert promised a very good lead time considering the summer install and ultimately delivered on this, even earlier then expected. This made the decision between other installers very easy.

On the day of the install, the crew arrived with perfect timing and ran like a well oiled machine, considering the size of the system i thought it would have taken much longer. The fellas had it all wrapped up by 11:00am and off i began with my solar savings!

Customer service again was fantastic with organizing the grid connection and getting all the other paperwork sorted so i didn't need to really do anything.

Great Company. Highly Recommended

Got a quote from 3 providers from this website. Unfortunately, i choose the wrong company to start. After a horrible experience with the other company, I rang Expert Electrical who got me booked in and Solar installed within a matter of weeks. The only disappointment is that i didn't go with them from the start. Seamless install, In fact, the installer was fantastic. Called the day before to ask if he could drop some items of as his other job finished early. He ended up staying until 6pm, just getting himself organised for the next day. Arrived on time and left everything neat and tidy. Ran through everything from start to finish.

Would not hesitate to recommend Expert Electrical to anyone looking for Solar. Everyone was great from start to finish and nothing has been an issue. Organised everything for us and super quick.

Great installation and solid customer service

Expert Electrical are a fantastic family owned small business, and I am glad I chose them as my solar installer. I was warned not to go with Origin for example, as the bigger companies try and lure you in with cheap installs, and higher feed in tariffs, but in the end you get a poor quality install from incompetent contractors.

Shannon quoted me on a 10.56KW system with Jinko Panels and Fronius inverter, with a Catch Relay to run the hot water based on energy production. While he didn't originally quote for digital meter which we found out about on the day of the install, he offered a heavily discounted price to what I would have had to pay. Although this resulted in the install having to run over two days, the system was up and running on the second day by 10am. Maurice and Harry (the installers) were very punctual, and tidy, and explained everything I needed to know about how the system would run. I'm very happy with the product and am generating more than what I need, and hopefully takes off a decent chuck on the next bill!
