Fantastic installer
Out of the 3 quotes that I got from SolarQuotes, Dominic from Esena was the only one who actually came out to my house and talked to me to figure out what would fit on my roof, and what I needed. We eventually decided to put as much solar as could fit, and they gave me a great price for it. There were some issues getting SA Power Networks to upgrade my meter, but through the whole process Esena were very responsive and helpful. Overall I'm extremely happy with the installation process and with the solar generation system I've ended up with.Panel rating: 5/5

Good install
Got 3 quotes. All much of a muchness. Difficult to compare price as all using different panels /inverter.Dominic was very helpful , visited and followed up later.
The install had to be tweaked on the day and it all worked out well.
After a big downpour shortly after the install, a leak was noticed. Dominic organised installer to visit next day and they replaced a broken tile and checked the whole system. I do not think it was even their damage as it was on another part of roof but they were prompt and honored their installation warranty completely.
Very pleased to have had it completed before change of rules re inverters and again Dominic was instrumental in getting it done on time.

Happy with the service so far
Esena was the only company where the sales person came to the house. He was polite & explained the whole process very efficiently. The installation went well delivered wrong colour panel’s to start with but very quickly sorted out their mistake & kept us in the loop. The installer was very polite, punctual & informative. They also helped organise the grid connection. Just waiting for them to collect the wrong solar panels. Too early to tell if it’s value for money or the quality of the system20 September 2020

Big Solar with a supply upgrade on a private house
The selection was easy as Esena was the only company to send a consultant. Others were about ph deals.The selection of appropriate panels was easier as the consultant could give 1st hand knowledge & take measurements to suit my case.
I made enquiries about the supply upgrade & was able to assist with a previous application.
This was included in the program & successfully completed.
Forms were sent with adequate time to reply & with ph call backup to make sure information was received.
Contact was made prior to install & the install was done in 1 day including the power upgrade.
Follow up emails & phone calls to make sure everything is good & working as it should.
Could not be happier.

Excellent installation
Sales and quoting process was very professional, detailed, laid out clearly what was on offer.There was no very fine print in the contract. Another important thing they did was to provide the
three CEC accreditions on their quote the installer, the designer and the retailer.
The installation process was well organised and the installers were polite and informative,
they were punctual and very tidy.
Customer service was excellent. Esena organised the grid connection. All requests such
as the Fronius Smart meter not giving consumption details were dealt with efficiently by Esena sending technicians
to the property to fix the matter. Really could not fault Esena and would recommend them for your solar system.

Everything went well.
Very prompt with replies to queries. Slightly bettered quote from another installer for system with the same specifications. Very quick with approval and installation. Installation looks neat. All I had to do was call electricity retailer and ask for meter change.30 April 2020

Had my solar system of 16 panels installed by Demetri crew from Esena energy consultants near a year ago & very impressed by the politeness & work done by the boys & had to have a repair job done today & again Esena energy contractors were very friendly & polite & got the job done. Courteous & Efficient - Seeing results already!
Our experience with Esena Energy was excellent. Dominic was very knowledgeable and explained the system well to us. Scheduling was easy and the installers arrived on time and got on with the job professionally and courteously. Esena Energy coordinated everything.The panels had to be installed over 4 different roof gradients so a not particularly straightforward job and took a few hours longer the next day but the installers were back when they said they would be and completed the job. Both days they left the place tidy.
The Emberpulse is excellent add on and is a wonderful visual on power usage vs generation of power. That will pay for itself in no time.
Very happy overall and would recommend Esena to do your installation.

Solar Installation
Recently we engaged Esena to instal a solar system at our residence in Fullarton, South Australia.Dominic was very helpful in facilitating the installation, which I found to be daunting, in orchestrating the various elements of the job.
He was able to locate the required black surround panels which we had requested and assisted in the layout of the switching gear adjacent to the inverter.
He contacted our electricity supplier who frustrated our attempts to arrange meter change over and made a house call to help me overcome a problem in connecting the Emberpulse to our Wifi.
He has phoned several times to ensure we were happy with the progress of the installation, including ensuring I had set up Emberpulse to advantage us to the maximum return.
Thanks to Dominic we are pleased we chose Esena to do the installation in our home.

Quick installation, super easy to deal with
Dimitri and team made the whole process super easy, and from quote to fully installed was much faster than I'd expected.They also took care to keep the panels barely visible from the street or ground level.
