I am very happy with the work done by Matt and his team at EISS Pty Ltd. They accommodated a short time frame to get the cabling and mounts installed for the solar panels prior to a roof restoration that I had scheduled. Their price was good and the quality of their work and advice along the way couldn't be better. I am really grateful it has been a great outcome.

Stress-free solar

Dealing with the team from EISS (Matt, Luke and Lauren) has been one of those easy, stress-free experiences, particularly given my background in construction and infrastructure. Apart from getting an unbeatable price for top-tier products, the quote to installation took less than a week, with the actual installation done in less than 5 hours. We even got an upgrade for our existing powerboard with the quote - other very reputable providers have quoted separately, which was more expensive and would have taken longer.

The post-installation customer service has been great with Matt patiently providing guidance and advice when asked.

My stubborn almost-retired electrican dad who has resisted getting solar for years is now also sold and are getting a system of EISS soon.

You can't go wrong with EISS. Great team, great products and great outcome.

Very happy - solved problems on site effectively

12.4Kw system - Tindo 440W/Fronius Symo 10.2Kw inverter.
Efficient quoting process. Like most, I was learning on the fly and Nathan Helped me through the pros/cons of various options. Discouraged more expensive solutions offering minimal benefit etc. Two optimisers installed to deal with one shady corner.
Team arrived early and were completed just after lunch. Most importantly, there was good communication on the day regarding the irregular lines of my metal roof and solved this with alternative footings. Fronius app setup seamless.
System working very well. Based on initial data I think the system will pay for itself within 4 years and then it's all upside.

Efficient from the start

EISS made the transition to solar an easy and quick process.
Talked me through my options based on usage and provided a mock up of where the panels would sit on the roof.
Even though they are Gold Coast based and I am in Brisbane, Luke and his team turned up on time and just got on with getting everything installed and set up.

Fantastic solar installation and very helpful team

The team at EISS was very helpful throughout the whole installation process - from when I contacted EISS all the way through to the final installation.
When I originally contacted EISS they talked me through all my options and potential savings.
On the day of install, Luke and his team were on time and very neat and tidy. Luke took the time to take me through the whole system including the solar web app at the end of the day.
Very glad I got EISS to install my solar system and could not recommend them enough!

Smooth transaction - Great Installation

We originally spoke with another company who used good products but the quote seemed high for the 6.6kW system they were suggesting. SolarQuotes suggested we get additional quotes. We went through all their reviews and found EISS who had plenty of good reviews. We reached out to them and though we couldn't speak with them immediately as they were on the job working, the messaged and we spoke later that evening.

The advised that a 6.6kW system wouldn't meet our needs as we wouldn't be able to maximize the 5kW back into the grid especially during high use periods. They suggested as a minimum a 10kW system with an 8kW inverter. At first I thought they were just trying to upsell but then their quote was actually $1000 less than the other quote using a superior inverter along with a smart meter. We decided to go ahead with them on Tuesday and had the system installed on Friday of the same week.

They gave us an estimated time of arrival and were right on time although travelling over 3hrs to our town. They were all extremely polite with no bad language and they all seemed to get on really well as a team.

I was extremely impressed that they kept me in the loop and asked me about where I'd prefer the inverter to go and gave me suggestions etc.. without just assuming where to put it.

From the evening we signed the contract they continued to stay in contact with us and even now nearly 1 week after the install they are still keeping an eye on our solar output and messaging me. I had an issue on Sunday evening where the inverter lost internet access, however they messaged me back with a solution that evening very quickly which I didn't expect.

You don't need to worry about these guys doing your install then forgetting about you. They organised the grid connection and Luke was also able to assist in linking us to the app for our inverter and showing us how to read the app. They also provided us with some overhead shots from their drone of the finished job.

There were so many things they did that just made the whole process so simple. It was definitely a lot easier than I'd expected. We only had to sign the contract and they did the rest. We can honestly recommend this company and their customer service. Just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you too SolarQuotes.

Top-Notch Solar Installation for a Future-Ready Home

We recently had a 15 kW solar panel system with a 38 kWh battery installed by EISS, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Having had solar installed on our last four homes, we can confidently say this was the smoothest and easiest process we’ve ever experienced.

We chose EISS based on their stellar reviews and reputation, rather than going with a company that door-knocks or cold-calls. I called EISS on a Monday to get a quote, and by Friday lunchtime, I was already enjoying my new favorite pastime: watching solar power flow into the battery icon on my SolarWeb app. It’s hypnotic to see the little dots whirl around and the numbers climb, knowing it represents how much energy we can use without ever worrying about our next electricity bill.

The installers arrived on time and completed the installation as scheduled. They handled everything professionally and explained the process as they went along. They listened to my requests for a system design based on our previous installs and offered valuable advice on making it better, cheaper, and more efficient. After sending through the quote, they promptly organized a day for the installation.

EISS’s professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail made this solar installation an incredibly positive experience. We are thrilled with the performance of our new solar system and highly recommend EISS for anyone considering solar power.

Dedicated, efficient, communicative, and great workmanship

It has been a pleasure dealing with EISS. They were the first to respond to my SolarQuotes quotation request, and all subsequent communications were always done in a timely manner - not just during "pre-sales" but also after I had booked the job. Of course, the information and explanation I received regarding my options (e.g. different types/levels of blackout back-up options) was good and EISS was upfront with me on the type of system they believed in the most.

During the time between paying the deposit and the actual installation date, EISS kept me informed on what was going on and sent me a reminder a few days before - this was reassuring that the installation team would certainly turn up at the appointed time, which they certainly did on the day itself. The weather was a bit wetter than forecast, but the installers worked out a plan with me to return to finish the job. I was kept informed throughout the process and sure enough, they came back exactly as agreed.

Luke and the boys were courteous and did a tidy installation job both on the roof and at the switchboard level. Panels were mounted neatly and look great from the street. Wall and roof penetrations were kept to what was absolutely necessary only, and no exposed conduit was used. They cleaned up the job site quite thoroughly after they were done, and Luke showed me how to monitor what the inverter and relay was doing. Lauren helped organise the grid connection right after the install, so I could start getting credited for exported energy just days after that.

So far, the system's operation exceeds expectations, and my property is practically energy self-sufficient even on cloudy late autumn days. I look forward to updating my review from a reliability perspective in a few months' time.

Very happy!

I spent a lot of time researching solar installers (to much self-inflicted stress) and settled on EISS due to their great existing reviews and their down-to-earth, responsive and helpful correspondence. I've also really appreciated their follow up monitoring of our system, their reasonable prices and the simple installation process.

The Fronius system also has a simple app for us to monitor the performance of the solar panels, which is great to help us plan our electricity use.

My one small criticism is they left a bit of litter from the installation at our home, but I know they did their best to clean up after themselves.

Overall, very happy with our solar installation and I'd be happy to refer EISS to my family and friends :)

Great install, professional, quick.

A neat installation with everything explained.

We are very happy with our installation, we could have gone cheaper with other providers but again it has shown that price is not the best outcome. Our system is suited very well to our needs and within our budget. Interestingly, our next door neighbour has just had solar installed and looking at the poor installation it looks like he went with price alone. EEIS provided us value for our money.

New Solar from the excellent EISS team.

We recently got solar installed by this fantastic team.
Nathan organised the quote and answered all our questions anytime during the week, even on the weekend. He checked in weeks after the install and had been monitoring the system checking it was working as it should.
Luke installed the system and it was very organised and even though it was so hot up on the roof, they worked hard, completed the job and tidied up afterwards. He explained the process, the operation of the products and set up the Solar Ap for me.
Lauren kept us updated with the whole process and date for installation. She organised Energex to update the meter, put in all the warranties and organised extended warranties as well.
In a market where there are so many people confusing you with misinformation, I found this team to be exceptional.
It has been a surprisingly easy process as they have really taken all of the work and worry out of it. Thank you all for your part in making this happen.

Smooth install

Excellent service, smooth no hassle install. They pre installed the mounting brackets before we had the roof restoration. Very punctual turned up when they said, stayed longer to wait for safety rail to be removed which was in the way of some panels.

Seamless, top quality install.

I contacted Luke for information regarding solar, having no idea where to start. He was so quick and knowledge about the entire process, by the end of the day I was sold and felt so confident about the process. He gave me a lot of clear information about the government rebates and even let me know about a new rebate that had just been released. Lauren was also so quick and easy to communicate with for the quote and the invoice. Answering my questions very promptly.

Luke and Lauren kept me updated regarding the process with Energex throughout, until the day of install.

Install was seamless, Luke explaining the entire process and set us up with the app to monitor and track the solar. Giving us tips to get the best out of the system.

So happy with how this entire process, from first communication until after care, worked out. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Great installation

Chatted to Nathan over the phone who was very helpful in determining what was best for our home. The installation took two days due to rain but I appreciated the guys waiting for the rain to try to get most of the job done. They kept the place tidy after they were all done and organised all of the grid connection after install.

Although I have to mention without Solar Quotes web site and all it's work I wouldn't be able to find such a good, quality and effective solar company.
From the first text message with Nathan and his quick response even over the holiday time I had a feeling that somehow I could trust him with all his advices and answers about solar. He was also very patient to chat with me and very quickly to respond to my long and endless e mails {sometimes very long I have to admit :-)}. Although I had a couple of other quotes the quote from EISS was the best in any way so I was happy to accept it and from there everything was going easly and smoothly.
Luke and his team arrived on time in the morning on the day I was booked in and finished the whole work until13.00. The installation was quick and efficient and it could be done even quicker if there weren't a couple of showers to interupt the work. They set up everything and Luke helped me to install the Fronius app for monitoring electricity production from the solar system installed and wholla I had only to sit and enjoy watching on the app how my solar makes free electricity and how much my house spend and how much goes to the grid. They also have done all the paper work required for the grid connection and the other stuff. They cleaned up everything at the end and left the site cleaned and tidy.
If you are looking to install a long lasting high-quality solar system on your house or shed and don't know who to find or trust I strongly recommend EISS - Nathan, Luke Matt and Lauren for you to consider. You will not regret it and can only be happy as I am and the other few hundred very satisfied customers.
Thank you guys for doing such a great and quality work with very competitive prices. Just keep doing it that way and your star will shine more then any others for a long time to come.

Best Solar System

Luke and the EISS team designed and installed a solar system with 10.5 kW panels, 8.5kW Fronius inverter, 11kWh BYD battery and Fronius Wattpilot EV smart charger. They were by far the most professional company that quoted for the job and even better their quote was the best value. After sales service has been excellent and the solar system performance is better than I expected. I highly recommend EISS.

5 stars - top quality system

EISS installed a 19.8kW Fronius system with Trina panels.
These are the best quality on the market - I am extremely happy with this system.
We are now saving well over $1000 per quarter!

I'd like to thank the installers for their hard work. You are machines!
The system was installed one day early and they were in an out within 4 hours.

Quality job

Luke and the boys were very experienced and showed me what I needed to know. They drove 2hrs 15mins to Toowoomba to do the job and didn't cause a fuss. They were efficient, kind and did a great job with the install. They only work with great brands that have a near zero failure rate. These Aussie blokes have an old school mentality of do it once and do it right which is refreshing. Good on ya boys.
