Superior product, superior service

From quote to completion of the job Ecopower were consummate professionals. They gave us solid advice on the best system for our home and were competitive with their pricing. Installation was quick, extremely neat and professional. Ecopower are one of the best contractors we have ever had working on our house, and there have been quite a few.
I would recommend them to everyone. Ecopower are a pleasure to do business with.

14 months later we asked Chris: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

The 5kw systemthat we had installed has certainly provided significant savings although during this winter the output was significantly reduced for some reason.... we are awaiting a further period of time now there is an increase in sunshine to assess if there is truly a problem with the system. There is however an issue with 50-Hz interference with radios in the house since the panels were installed- the interference is only present during the daytime when there is PV generation occurring and this has been repeatedly timed to the daily incident sunlight on the panels. An e-mail sent to EcoPower Agencies in relation to this matter has not been answered.
With respect to recommending EcoPower Agencies to anyone else... no I would not. Not only has there been no reply regarding the interference note above, but the business has been recalcitrant to say the least with respect to another solar power installation that we have paid for fully but which has not been commenced, now some 15 months hence. There was an issue with a planning permit & despite multiple e-mails to the owner of the business (James Harkins) requesting to be provided with information so that we could apply for a planning permit, no information has been forthcoming. The issue is now in legal hands.
