Simplicity
Sales-Quoting was quick person to person, simply explained and detailedInstallation was half a day again on time, straight to the job and went over everything at completion then tidyed up.
Customer service was a little rocky to start then very efficient to assist metre change over and connection.
8 months later we asked John: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes the systems has performed faultlessly and now reached peak performance as the sun has changed position with the change in season. So an awareness that systems output performance will vary with the season.03 June 2021

Econnect Review
Typical solar installer, Salesman was polite but typical sales pitch, the install went ahead in 2 weeks and connected to the grid in 4 weeks, Polite tidy and punctual. The only bad things were I felt the system was overpriced, and trying to contact them was hard at times.8 months later we asked Bruce: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
After 12 months with this system I had issues with over voltage caused by Ausgrid. Econnect followed up inspecting and testing the system, and contacted Ausgrid regarding the issues. All fixed swiftly. I felt the overall experience after installation service was excellent.06 April 2021
Great company to deal with
Salesman not pushy, and very helpful . Always answered our many questions and explained everything.Install team were very thorough and it looks great.
only problem was it took energy supplier a month to change to smart meter.

System Installation
Very informative sales person. Explained all aspects of the system and made himself available at any time to take calls and promptly answer any questions.The installation team were fantastic. They worked through weather conditions which were extreme. They were thoroughly professional, polite and their workmanship was first class.
I am looking forward to future contact with this company.

Good customer service and very prompt installation

Really happy with this company. The system worked exactly as they said it would and I couldn’t be happier
Disappointed
Disappointed in after sales service. Have tried contacting Econnect several times and left messages no one returns my call. Turns out my solar system is faulty so am now waiting for a solar electrician to look into the problem.Meanwhile I’m still paying off my debt.
