Original Review on 28-01-2020:
No fuss and happy with the outcome
After Dick helped us with our purchase of a heat pump hot water system a few months ago, we were happy to consider Easter Suburbs Solar for our PV system. Wasn't quite the cheapest for the system on offer, but the difference was negligible when working with someone we already knew and who was patient with our questions and delays and very informative. When we finally made a commitment, it took less than two weeks to get the system installed - this in December, with the pre-Christmas (and pre-decrease-in-STCs) rush. The installation went smoothly, and looks neat. With the holiday period it took longer for our electricity retailer to arrange the new meter, so we've only been fully operational for a week so far, with a few overcast days, but averaged about 30kWh per day.
7 months later we asked Adam: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Had the PV system online for just over 7 months now (switched on late January), it hasn't missed a beat. The installation has held up through two 'east coast low' weather systems with no signs of installation-related weather issues. The average daily output through June - July was pretty close to prediction. Almost ideal conditions in August (good sun but still cool, very few cloudy days) has delivered daily average 25% higher than June - July, and monthly total better than either February or March (which were held back by bushfire smoke and bad weather).

Good system and everything working so far.
Dick made every effort to make sure I understood the system and followed up on original quote. Was not the cheapest quote but close. Installers were good.Panel rating: 4/5
