Fantastic installer & great customer service from all
Everything went smoothly, great install by an Electrician & his team from Orange. Install had to be done over 2 consecutive mornings due to extreme heat conditions.Customer service from Dynamic Solar was excellent. They arranged connection to grid & app.

Local company with long history of fine service & very accommodating, approachable & unassertive staff.
After an initial onsite meet & greet with the principals Rob & Leah discussing my own perceived solar needs, an initial system quote was requested & promptly forwarded with itemised components, costings & warranty terms.Ongoing personal research suggested increasing & maximising the adequate 12 panel 3.66kw North facing system as quoted with an additional 9 panel Eastern array totalling 6.405kw, as well as enhancing further with microinverters with compatible consumption & production monitoring.
The final amended quote was again swiftly forwarded for consideration & compared to 2 similar & moderately cheaper ones from out-of-towners via SolarQuotes.com.au.
I carefully considered all the pros & cons, costs & benefits & my near future needs, & soon thereafter notified Dynamic Solar I would proceed with them as only they instilled me with any confidence of ongoing after sales support.
Upon paying a standard 10% deposit I undertook some minor roof work (over 8 weeks total) whilst they took care of all the paperwork in notifying my energy retailer of the need to install a smart meter & energy supplier in applying for a PV system connection to the grid.
Luckily my smart meter was installed only a few days prior to the PV system as I had notified my retailer of an install date weeks earlier than actually booked, based on delays experienced by others after a PV system installation.
After notifying me the install date would be pushed back 1 business day a few days prior due to high winds as forecast, the install team was punctual, diligent, tidy & unobtrusive onsite.
The PV system was neatly installed & fully operational in less than a day & a half.
Upon forwarding the balance owing I also signed over my system generated STC's as agreed, as well as subsequently having my Enphase Enlighten system owner monitoring user linked.
System component specifications & warranty documents were duly forwarded, as well as their offering of installation warranty extensions in parallel with enacting ongoing periodical solar panel cleaning & system maintenance programs.
I would highly recommend Dynamic Solar / a.k.a. Central West Solar as a reliable & experienced PV system installation company.

Local knowledge and need to visit a site rather than just pump out a quote based on a google map view made the difference. Our roof tiles are old and brittle, and this was identified and installation timed to ensure we had spare tiles on hand. Location of the inverter and cabling are important in an old house, and this was discussed with pros and cons given. The time was taken to understand the unusual aspects of the install. Professional and friendly. An excellent experience.

The chap from Dynamic Solar was not pushy and answered every question I asked him without any B S . The other two read out of their design books and wanted me to sign on the day.

Horrible follow up, maintenance and communication.
Initially great but.Significant issues with solar system, had complete disregard to address. Horrible communication and passing the buck on whenever possible.
Issues still unresolved after 24+ months, so switching solar companies.
