DPR Network is a company providing solar power solutions in South Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Ipswich. The company says that its mission is to provide you with a safe and cost effective environment; to enable you to enjoy ultimate comfort, and for your business to grow and prosper.
DPR says that it specializes in creating customized solar power solutions for all applications from residential to commercial. The company is Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited and its installers all have BCSE accreditation. They say that they provide a full design, sales installation and after sales backup service and maintenance to suit the individual clients’ requirements. They also say that they guarantee the products they supply, the way they install them and the customers’ satisfaction that results from doing a job well. Brands they use are : SMA, Xantrex, Growatt, Samilpower, Latronics, Ecosolar, J & L and SilexSolar.DPR says that its products come with a 25 year performance warranty and a 5 – 10 year parts and labour warranty on inverters.

I have emailed the contractor Re an issue with the Solar Relay, he has yet to contact me about fixing it. I'm not sure how often he checks emails.
I will ring & see if the response is better. After sales/fitting is a big part of keeping the system working at a premium.
I need DPR to urgently fix the problem.

We have had the system for 2 years now and no problems. I am concerned about the warranty on our product as someone else on this site "Mary" said they had gone out of business and the owner had returned to Argentina.

My system has been in for a year and has failed due to poor workmanship. The installation was not done correctly and it has caused my inverter to fault which is not covered by warranty. DPR Network gave a lifetime warranty on workmanship, unfortunately its useless as it seems the company doesn\'t exist anymore. All phone numbers just ring out. I notice a recent video posted to You-tube though by Diego Rondinone the director of DPR is him flying his new plane!!!

I believe this company is no longer trading!! We had a solar system installed in December 2012. When I tried to contact them in February/March/April, their free number goes to a generic message bank and the landline number from their website is disconnected! I'm very conderned about the warrenty of the solar system as the comany no longer exists. I did get a hold of the sales man, David, and he was very rude and noted he is only a contractor and works for many solar companies! Very disappointing as DRP Network sitll has their website up and running. David noted the owner has gone back to Argentina!

DPR net work gives me a decent quote, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They were able to install the panels within 2 weeks, and carried out the work efficiently and so far everything is working perfectly. I can recommend them.

No, nonsense get on the the job people, yet still friendly.
Answered any question I asked.
Work was performed to a high standard and was even asked to inspect their job.
Recommend them highly!

Their efficiency in timely installing.attention to finalization of the requirments of the connecting supplyer's.The quotes you suggested were quite reasonable an gave me a average market price,after dealing with some very dear quotes. One is very mindfull with big deposites ,how financially sound companies may be,before comitting to the contract.17 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

I signed up about 5-weeks ago and having the system installed this week. The sales person is very knowledgable and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. The price was very reasonable compared with other suppliers. After the sales person left my home I got on line to check on the system specs and they matched what he told me, in fact, the system they are going to install is rated on line very highly as best for value. Over the course of a year or so, I have had about 8-companies come to my home to quote a system for me, and DPR Network, was by far the friendliest, most informative, and straight forward without a bunch of hype, and presented a system that is good value. I'm very pleased.16 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Yes, so far so good. Wish I could have bought at today's prices (even with the reduced incentives)... but we all knew this was going to happen....and, I have enjoyed a year's worth of saving (haven't had to pay an electricity bill yet which is nice, although there is still a way to go before it actually has paid for itself).12 September 2012
As well as giving by far the best price, DPR gave me lots of unsolicited information, almost all of it hitherto unknown and very useful. They also installed the system 5 weeks after the quote while the best that Goodhew could offer was a delay of 6 months. I have had the system for only one week so it is early days to comment on service etc. but so far, pending the installation of new meters by Energex, the output is exceeding my expectations.

The salesman David was early and was very knowledgeable about the product and service he was selling. He answered our questions happily and was not pushy. They took exactly 3 weeks to install our system which is what they anticipated. The installer, a man named Diego and another gentlemen were very polite and explained what they would be doing. Before they left, he explained to me basically how the inverter operated and answered any questions that I had. On a few occasions I telephoned the company and they answered my queries politely and satisfactorily. Energex just connected our system this morning, about 3 1/2 weeks after the panel installation. We recommended the DPR NETWORK to our parents and they signed up with them a few weeks ago. Can not fault the experience.

The guys came at 8 a.m. and worked 'til dark! to get it fitted.
We have made about 6 kw a day on a good day which doesn't seem much.
We have now been attached to the grid now a couple of days. Just waiting to get some trees out of the way and some really good sunny days. Too early to tell if this was a good investment or a great investment. Considering the way electricity bills are rising I'm glad I did something now rather than later!

DPR Network was the 4th company to give me a quote. My first quote was online, followed up by multiple emails. In researching I found the whole industry to be so confusing with a multitude of different products, brands and features which I didn't know if I needed or not. The next 3 quotes were from my Solar Quotes application and all 3 were quite similar and enabled me to compare apples with apples, finally.
These are the things that made DPR stand out from the other 3 companies:
Installation time - From time of accepting quote to on my roof, winding my meter backward, 2 weeks and four days! (one quote said 6 weeks wait, more if it rained. Application to Energex was in my mailbox 8 days after I accepted the quote courtesy DPR's efficient lodging of the application, waiting now for Energex to connect to grid.
Cheapest price - Not by much but every dollar counts! No extra charge bull**** for 2 storey house. No salesman bull**** just straight talking, from Diego, the electrician who knows his stuff.
Ease of payment - Direct debit
Product knowledge - This company use products that they recommend from experience however are more than happy to supply any brand or model you specify. I asked about the rubber spacers, how long would they last and what were they made of? Diego did some research and supplied the information I required but then went one step further and found a superior product which I opted for. Even with the extra charge for the spacers the quote was still the cheapest for comparable product.
Communication and customer service - Excellent!
Post Installation - no mess whatsoever!
I am one very pleased customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend DPR Network, already have in fact!

I knew nothing about solar power but the salesman from DPR Network explained everything clearly in language I could understand. I asked him every question on your checklist and he not only answered them but wrote the answers on the list for my future reference.
The owner of the business installed the panels. He arrived on time and seemed to do the work in a business like manner and left the site neat and tidy.
I can't wait for my next electricity bill to see how much I have saved.

The first team of installers who came out decided that our roof was too high for them to install safely and so regretfully told us it wasn't possible. Subsequently, the company owner came to inspect the site, decided that it could be done after all and oversaw the installation himself just a couple of days later.
All went well and the system works fine.......... although we're still waiting for Energex to connect us to the grid (6 weeks now and counting).

The system was installed three days ago so is not yet operating so I am unable to comment on the quality of the system. I am very pleased with the service I received. The salesman was knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
Installation team were polite and efficient.

Unfortunately on the day of the installation, the installers discovered that the pitch of the roof was too great, and as we have a decromastic roof, they could not use safety gear, and in case they lost their footing, they could damage the roof materials. Upon further investigation of possibly hiring scaffolding to install the solar panels, we decided that the installation cost was too high and that we would have to miss out on solar panels. This was a great disappointment. So when requesting quotes for solar installation, have them look at the pitch of your roof before going ahead with the quote.
