CDA Air & Solar is based in York have been in the energy field for over 16 years and installed over 4000 air conditioning units. We have now been installing solar hot water and solar electric power systems since 2007 and installed hundreds of units. With offices in York and Northam and a fleet of 9 vehicles we service the Avon Valley and Central Wheatbelt region to cater for your solar power or air conditioning needs.

CDA is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers by using only high quality products, like LG solar power panels or SMA & Power One inverters chosen for their suitability for harsh rural conditions.

Our qualified, experienced and highly trained tradespeople will ensure we analyse your energy consumption based on your existing electricity bills and design a solar system tailored to your needs .We make sure your job is completed to the highest standard with the least possible disruption to your day. Our Solar Photovoltaic installers are trained and Clean Energy Council qualified to design and install Solar Photovoltaic Systems.

Boss travelled 130 kms to inspect the property prior to installation. Chose the country quote over the city (ie Perth). So far so good.

The only complaint I have is that being outside the metro area we have to share a transformer with our neighbour. This limited us to a 3kw system but unfortunately the transformer is putting out 259v and often more. This causes the system to shut down constantly. The new inverters will not tolerate this high voltage whereas our neighbour has an older system and doesn’t have an issue. We contacted Western Power to report this fault but they said it could take up to 2 months to fix. I feel that country people should be told that this can happen.

Just begun the process, cannot comment on installation as yet. Certainly the supplier spent a great amount of time examining my situation , not just supplying generic guestimations.

I am still waiting for Western Power to pass the application, so I can't give any information regarding the installation yet. But so far I'm very happy with CDA .
