BJWhite Solar …. All round great experience

Great experience from the first contact with Grant and the onsite inspection/quote through to the timely installation and commissioning from the BJWhite Solar team.
System has been up and running for over a week (2 days after installation) and is performing as specified.
Basically didn’t need to do anything as all documentation was arranged by BJWhite Solar team which was seamless from one stage to the next.

The sales person was excellent, able to explain what we need, installer was good, accommodate my time preference even short notice. Customer service is excellent as well. Overall, I am very happy with it

Great job efficient installation

First to respond with quote, checked regularly to see if we were happy without rushing us to make a decision. System installed a week early due to issues they had with another job booked for that day. Removal of old system and installation of new system in new location was completed in about 5 hrs. All materials removed from site. Checked a few days later to see post installation check had been done. Whole process stress free.

Highly recommended, great local team

Really helpful, talked me through what the process was and the options available. Then provided a very reasonable quote and was installed not long after. Their team also helped after install to get us connected with the power provider and selling into the grid.

Excellent team. No subbies, all very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Sales rep (Grant) was fantastic at explaining everything we needed to know. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BJ White for solar to anyone!

Easy process

The company we selected was a local firm and their customer service was outstanding.The installation crew were on-time, quick and unbelievably tidy, could not be happier. I recently purchased a 6.6kw system from BJ White Solar. The entire process from quote to installation was smooth and efficient throughout.
The installation day activity was impressive. The team were clearly knowledgeable about every step required and cleaned up after themselves!

BJ White Electrics P/L Service and quality truly exceptional.

Myself, Working within the Electrical Engineering industry, was recommended to engage with BJ White for Solar Panels/ Batteries and all other related requirements. They installed 22+Panels/ 8kW battery. The whole process from Quote, recommendations, physical Inspection, and installation was executed in a timely and Professional Manner. The installers turned up on time, no fuss, and no mess left to clean up! All their Staff are knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with. Thorough guidance of unit/s- battery etc.. and would ensure after support, if required. Thank you, BJ White, I would highly recommend you to anyone who is thinking about Installing Solar.

Faultless to deal with.

B J White were recommended by a relative who used them a couple of years ago. I am glad that I did. Dealing with Scott with the quote was painless compared with my last experience dealing with one of their competitors. The installers turned up on time, performed the install with zero fuss and left the roof clean and undamaged.

I would be happy to use them again in the future.

Only getting one quote through SolarQuotes is a bit frustrating. The same thing happened in 2012, and I am starting to wonder if it is intentional here on the Mornington Peninsula, since that way it is obviously worth more to the installer (and he was expensive).

Panel installation was done in a single day. Installation was checked by the builder who was impressed by the quality of the installation. I don't have the inverter installed yet as its a new build but I expect everything to go well. I had to pay fully for the panels due to the fact that the system won't be operational for a couple of months. The benefit of this was the installation was $700 cheaper than the next quote. Looking forward to seeing how the system performs.

I was very happy with Brett from quote stage through to the end product being installed. Communication was great and he came on time when he said he was going to.
His workers were all professional and friendly and knew what they were doing. I would recommend highly.

The three companies contacted me within a week. I found BJ While Electrics the small company out of the three and my first instinct was to go with one of the other two. Then after a week, I had and very detailed quote and pages and pages of information from one company (that also offered a tablet if I accepted their quote within 7 days) and a very simple one page quotation from BJ Electrics. The third company said their sales manager would call me and that is the last I heard from them. Scott at BJ Electrics was the only person out of the three of them to call me as a follow up more than once as each time I said I needed more time to go over all the other material. In the end, I went with BJ Electrics and so far I am very pleased with that decision. I must say also that the Solarquotes.com.au website has been a godsend! I have spent the past 2 years looking into solar, getting quotes and advice and I just kept putting it into the too hard basket! Solarquotes made it so much easier by giving me the information I needed without all the sales hype. Thank you for providing this wonderful service. Now if only we can get the government and greedy power companies to stop punishing people who install solar but increasing rates and the service to property charge! They are pathetic! Bring on the batteries at an affordable price!

The other crowd didn't even bother to give a quote, had to chase them up in the end, more expensive for a lessor unit.

The salesman, Michael Chay, from Clean Energy Solutions Australia was particularly fantastic in helping to liaise with BJ White, to give us the most fantastic price on a top of the range system, answer and re-answer all our questions any time we thought of one via phone, e-mail or in person and guided us through the needlessly very complex electricity supplier AND retailer procedures they have in place before you can even get hooked up! Couldnt be happier with Michael frommClean Energy Solutions and would recommend him to all!
