Made huge mistakes on the installation that has caused significant water leaks and damage within the house. Have refused to admit liability.

Since panels were installed they have failed to answer any phone calls or return any emails. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

They have repeatedly refused to return phone calls and messages about damaged roof under the solar panels. The roof is leaking dramatically due to incorrect installation and now there is severe damage to the house internally because they will not correct their problem.

I had 3 responses to my Solarquotes request. 2 were substandard, and one (Mark Group) very professional, but eventually deemed our roof too steep and withdrew. So eventually we went with Autonomous Energy, who specialise in commercial installations, but are expanding into the residential space. We went for a 3kw system using tier 1 panels & inverter. The installation WAS difficult, but the Autonomous crew were very professional, safety conscious, and innovative in getting the job done. They made a big effort on the aesthetics (running cables under the floor rather than outside) and the installation looks great and is working well. From specification and quoting through to installation and connection, their presentation and work was professional, friendly and effective. I highly recommend their services.
