Job well done
Excellent service and Tom explained everything plainly and simple. We are happy with what has been done.8 months later we asked Mark: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
No I thought i would be getting more return for the power produced.13 January 2020

8 months later we asked Michelle: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
No estimated return was over stated my electricity bills are well over what I was paying when on the grid direct with an energy supplier. Could be because the winter usage was higher then last year, but still solar should have helped with the costs. I have had no contact with the installer they don’t answer my phone or emails. Not happy

Great service. Neat installation. Can highly recommend.
Tom is a good communicator and explained the system he was putting in to replace old system and gave a very competitive quote. Generating plenty of power from the 6.6 kw system.Panel rating: 4/5

The suppliers I got from the TV and internet also got back to me bar one, who we never heard from.
One of my suppliers sounded very dodgy, quick talker - would say anything to get a sale.
The last one of my suppliers had very bad reviews on the internet.
The three suppliers you gave me got in touch with me and quoted fairly quickly. I decided to concentrate on your suppliers. Each one of them had around the same price and were very helpful. No question was a problem to them and they all kept in contact with me even after I had chosen my supplier, just to make sure everything was OK.
Australian Green Power came out to my place, had a look around, gave me a quote and told me what I would need and how long it would take. He went above and beyond what was quoted and bent over backwards to help me. We had an old solar water heater on the roof that was busted and need to be removed. He removed it and did not charge any extra for that bit of work. When batteries reduce in price I will be using him to supply and install a set of batteries for my solar system.
As for the other suppliers you gave me, if I had lived in their area I would of course used them as they were just as helpful as Tom was, problem was, they lived about 200km away.
Your web site was extremely helpful and I thank you for it. After reading through your site and talking to the suppliers I had found, I knew they were talking bullshit, just to get a sale. As they say - they were trying to SNOW me.
I am very glad I stumbled across your site as you have saved me a lot of money and heartache that may have come my way.
All I can give you back in return is a big THANK YOU.

I am completely happy with this company. Tom Nowack is down to earth, honest, has no hesitation in answering any question and gives 100% personal service to the needs of the customer. I could not have found a better company to deal with.8 months later we asked Annette: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes, I'm happy with the all round performance and still look back and smile at the rightness of my gut telling me to pick Tom. I did have a slightly cheaper quote but felt I could trust him and I was right.09 July 2015
