Highly recommended
Over the years I have had a few solar quotes from door to door salesman that were over priced, focused on pushing a particular product, based on desktop assessment and didn't appreciate the complexity of my roof.I found Audra Energy through the Solar Quotes website and decided to contact them based on the strong customer reviews.
I received a response to my request for quote quickly. Matt came out to my house and started by getting on the roof to take measurements, looking in my meter box and having a discussion about what I was trying to achieve and my concerns. He talked me through the pros and cons of different panels and inverters and wasn't trying to push me towards any particular products.
Shortly afterwards Matt sent me a quote with 3 options (low cost, mid range cost and higher cost). Each option had detailed cost breakdowns, warranties, expected performance, proposed panel layouts.
I had several questions and Matt was quick to respond.
After selecting an option and paying the deposit, Matt arranged installation. While there were some delays due to rain and waiting on parts, Matt kept me informed.
Installation took 2 whole days due to my roof being complex and needing to have multiple banks of panels spread across 2 levels of roofing. The team worked hard for the 2 days and delivered a really good install.
The system is working better than I expected I would in terms of outputs.
I am really glad I went with a local (Lake Mac/Newcastle) company that focuses on quality and the customer. The price is also really competitive.

Best System and beest Advice
They were the most professional of the 3 quotes. They visited my home and spent time going through various options and matching a system to my needs. Installation was trouble free and extremely neat. Cleaned up and took away all waste.Inverter rating: 5/5

Great service and workmanship
We engaged Audra Energy after receiving a number of quotes and visits from other installers. The reason for picking Audra was due to the following;1. Matt came to the house and was the only installer who got on the roof for a measure up, all others only relied on maps views. This was for his peace of mind prior to install. It might seem old school but in a physical world physical practices are still valuable.
2. Our discussion during consultation was thorough and he tailored to our needs.
3.Audra was very price competitive.
4. Installation went smoothly, although we had to upgrade our power from the street, Audra organized a contractor to do this and it went smoothly. The system is producing as per forecast.
I would definitely recommend Audra Energy to anyone in the Hunter/Newcastle area.

Painless
Thorough quote talking me through the system, the installation and the pros and cons of buying a battery. It was installed yesterday and the team arrived on time, and had the system installed by early afternoon. explained the inverter, the next step and were polite, tidy and thorough. They will send me the paperwork to organise the grid connection.19 December 2023

Excellent install. Great people to deal with.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Audra Energy. Audra was the only company that actually came to look at our site. Other companies were just a name on an email, though one installer did actually ring me. The quoting process was prompt and easy. All questions, (we had many), were answered thoroughly with clarity and confidence and we felt very much at ease with them.Most importantly, Matt and his team turned up when they said they would. Everyone was polite, helpful and very professional. All the fears we had about the installation disappeared when they arrived and performed a flawless install. Matt also organised and submitted all the required paperwork which was a big help.
The entire experience with Audra was very easy and seamless. I had some post installation queries that were all answered promptly. Our system has been functioning flawlessly, generating clean, renewable energy and significantly reducing our dependence on the grid.
We highly recommend Audra Energy to anyone considering a solar installation, confident that they will receive the same great service and quality that we've experienced.

Great service, fast install, haven't quite figured out monitoring app
Jordan reached out to me the day after I requested quotes and came to check out the house. He then answered all my questions after comparing quotes. Installation was expected in 4 weeks and was delivered in less than 3. The team doing the install were great! Having some issues with the monitoring app not showing consumption but that appears to be an app/energy provider issue.13 November 2023

Great Local Company to deal with
I would like to thank Finn for the service provided. The original thought of clicking to request three quotes I was apprehensive, but very glad I did. Faultless
Jordan came to our home and without fuss and ‘salesman talk’ explained the system and its benefits and gave us a very competitive price. We got 2 other quotes but were impressed with Jordan’s manner and quote. The boys turned up on time and were very efficient in installing the system, which was not a straight forward job due to our electrical wiring. They were great young guys to have around doing the installation and their mother would be proud of them cleaning up after the job was completed. The system was up and running instantly as we already had some solar panels. They also shared drone shots of the system with us for our personal interest. Above and beyond
Audra were amazing, right from the jump. We had a lot of questions around solar and batteries and Matt made time to answer them all. The house has a 3-phase setup, and Audra was the only company to recognise this and quote accordingly. Really helpful, punctual, and even re-wired the electrical box to better work with the install. The reporting to the app was a little off, so Matt came back after the install and checked everything. One small wire needed tweaking, Matt fixed this plus arranged for Sungrow to remote update the firmware as well.Panel rating: 5/5

Simply the best!
I chose Audra over a couple of other companies and I’m really glad I did. From start to finish all communications were clear, accurate and timely. Install was perfect. On time, clean workers who tidied up after themselves. They did all the necessary paperwork, even sorted the phone app for me. Super efficient and best value for money I could find.I am extremely satisfied with the work and delighted to recommend.

The boys at Audra are brilliant! They made the quote process so easy. They gave us all the information we needed and helped us every step of the way! They never bombarded us and worked to our budget and energy needs. From submitting a quote request to install was an absolute breeze. No shonky salesmen and no call centres. Best local quote, efficient and punctual.
Matt and his team are efficient, polite and keen, job was left tidy. Complied with all safety regulations. Neat signage and advisory warnings. Facilitated the whole process, very easy for me. Great customer service. When meter was upgraded there was a fault, Matt fixed it next day, couldn't be happier with the whole process. Only ones let me choose where i'd like the panels and inverter. Professional install and support afterwards.
