I had three quotes from Solar Quotes, which were all good, and one we found locally which was Allsafe. Allsafe were better from the start. The salesman, Josh, was good with his information, even before coming out to see the house. When he did come out he had taken the trouble to get a photo of the house from Google Earth and placed on it the way the panels would look from above. He answered every question and was very professional in his entire approach. The installers were very professional and helpful with information when we wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone.

From signing the contract to completing the installation was very quick and efficient. Good Informative Customer Service.The advise and information on your website was very helpful in making a decision.

It's a bit early to come to a decision as to savings as we have only had the system up an running for 2weeks. But Allsafe were good, prompt and reliable. They have answered all our questions.

Prices quoted ranged from $8900 to $21000. Installation costs varied quite a large amount.

I went for AllSafe for 2 reasons:
a) they were the only ones who assured me that they would be able to install before June 30 2011 when the Govt subsidy was to be reduced
b) they were the cheapest quote
They kept their word, the installation was done on June 23, the process was seamless and my wife & I were very satisfied. Energex has done its part and we now look forward to lower electricity bills in the future.
