Great experience
I found the whole team extremely helpful and professional. Once we received permission, installation and commissioning was completed in a day. We are very happy with the team and the result.Gladly recommend them

Very Helpful Advice from Ray Kim, Solar Advisor.
The installation of Solar Panels and a Heat Pump at my house, went smoothly and professionally. This was due in no small part by the assistance and help of Ray Kim. The solar advisor and sales person. He spent the time explaining the Solar panels, cost and performance to expect: he then covered the details of the Inverter and Heat Pump. Ray inspected the house inside and out, then walked around outside studying access and house roof, power switchboard and locations for units. Ray also made video recording of access paths and the roof for installers. Ray also helped prepare the application forms for Solar VIC Rebate applications, indeed this was most important, since I am no dunce but the official paperwork was very difficult to answer. Once the rebates were granted everything moved quickly and smoothly and for this I thank the whole team from Advantage Solar and Carbon Savers.I am now waiting for the final Inspection and certificate to start enjoying my solar electricity, the heat Pump is already working well. Finally the whole team cleaned up around the house.
A final word on Ray's performance during the whole period including waiting for Rebate Acceptance, he regularly called to see if things were moving along and offered advice on how to expedite Solar Vic's answer.

Fast and efficient service. Top quality product.
The sales person was very easy to talk with . Explained the whole process and gave his recommendation for OUR home. It was all done in about 8 days. We are very happy with the solar system and we also replaced the hot water service with a new Australian made heat pump.Panel rating: 5/5

However, at the time of quote and install we had decided NOT to have a battery, wanting to see what sort of energy we use outside daylight, and the cost, before spending more money.
1 month in having carefully watched use outside day hours, we rang and spoke to the company requesting a quote on battery supply and install, was told he would get back mid jan as he was about to finish for the year. Contacted company mid jan having had NO contact from them, was assured a quote would be done and sent, now late jan and still no quote sent.
