Amazing Customer Experience

We decided that we were ready to have a solar and battery system installed at our house to reduce our electricity bills and head towards self sustainability. I found Adam Solar through a Google search and I was very impressed with the reviews I read about the business. I contacted Adam Solar and very quickly had a response from Adam himself. Adam was quick to provide a very detailed quote based on our specific needs, having assessed our most recent electricity bills and having looked at satellite images of our property. We then had a zoom meeting and a virtual site inspection so we were very clear on what was involved in the installation process and after the installation. We did get a second quote and Adam Solar was competitive on pricing. The installazione process has been seamless with excellent tradespeople attending to carry out the work. I would thoroughly recommend Adam Solar to anyone looking to have a solar system installed at their house or business.

Thorough Consultation, Expert Installation and Service

Adam was more than helpful over the phone with the initial consultation and gave a range of options and quotations to help choose the correct system for our requirements.
Great value for money, after multiple quotes, nobody could beat the price that Adam Solar provided us with on our first phone conversation.
We were scheduled in and had our panels on our roof within 3 weeks which was excellent in the run up to summer and in a busy time of the year.
The installers used were of exceptional quality and made the installation aesthetically even better than the original plan and they even got the inverter in the ideal location in the garage for us. The whole 23 panel installation was completed within a day as well.
Inverter setup and network connection was all sorted on the day and Adam even used his connections in the industry to help get our new smart meter installed in as short of a time frame as possible.
Excellent after sales service and knowledge sharing as well.

How was the sales/quoting process?
My experience with Adam Solar was fantastic, right from the sales and quoting process. They were incredibly responsive, providing detailed, transparent information that made the decision-making process much easier. Unlike many companies, their approach was never pushy or rushed, and they patiently answered all my questions. All communication was done via email, as I had requested, and they did not repeatedly try to call me during business hours—a very important distinction from other companies. This respect for the customer’s preferences is something that should be emphasized. They truly made the process smooth and stress-free. No visits, no calls, quick answers, quick turn-around. Adam Solar is the kind of business you want to work with in any industry. If they expand into other sectors, I’ll follow them!

The installation was seamless. The team was not only punctual but also very polite and professional throughout the entire process. They were efficient, and after finishing the work, they left the area spotless—no mess, no fuss. Their attention to detail during the installation was impressive, and they ensured everything was done to the highest standard. I was honestly blown away by how smooth and organized everything was.

How was the customer service? e.g., did they help organize the grid connection after the installation, or show you how to use the charger?
Adam Solar’s customer service is on another level. They guided me through every step, from organizing the grid connection to explaining how to use the system efficiently. After the installation, they ensured I was fully informed and comfortable with everything, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were always just an email away and happy to assist whenever I had follow-up questions.

In comparison to other companies I’ve dealt with in the solar industry, they truly stand out. Their professionalism and customer care are a refreshing contrast. I can't recommend them enough, and I’ll be sharing my positive experience with anyone considering solar energy.

One final note: While I found Adam Solar through my own research on SolarQuotes, they weren’t initially recommended by the platform. They should be the first company on the list for any solar quote request—their service is outstanding!

Great experience from quote to installation

Adam has provided outstanding customer service, he was able to tailor my needs to meet my budget but not compromise on quality.
The process from quote to installation was seamless, communication in-between was prompt and professional.
The installers were punctual, polite, cleaned any mess up before they left and the took the time to explain how to use the charger and the iSolarCloud App so I will get the most out of the Solar Panels.

After sales service you won’t get anywhere else.

I had my system installed in 2018. Since all the price increases I was concerned that my system may not be operating as well as it should and was just after some advice wether it’s just the increase or If I have a issue. I rang Adam, he remembered who I was and couldn’t be more helpful! He asked for bills over the last year, compared prices and feed ins with other system, talked about what I could do and offered general advice. THE BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! From buying the system to after sales I couldn’t recommend more!

Installation completed today. Harley and his team did an awesome job. Excellent client service and workmanship. They did a nice job with the outdoor aesthetics as well tucking away the cabling so you hardly notice. The care that was taken by the installers was a great follow up to the thorough pre installation information and advice provided by Adam. His clear and prompt communication gave us great confidence in the decision making process.

Fantastic Service

We had solar installed at the end of April '24. After looking at many reviews online we decided on Adam Solar and have never regretted our decision. From the very beginning Adam responded in a timely, polite and knowledgeable manner, never once trying to oversell.
Installation was very quick and the installers were great and let us know exactly what was happening as it proceeded during the day.
After installation, a problem with our electricity provider caused a few headaches. It took only a phone call to Adam for him to sort out the problem and have it fixed for us.
We cannot recommend Adam Solar highly enough for their professionalism, honesty, integrity and outstanding service throughout this whole process.

An outstanding solar retailer

We have recently contacted Adam Solar for our solar installation and overall, the experience was nothing less than extraordinary. Adam and his team were really knowledgeable and helpful. Given the rather peculiar structure of our roof, Adam was able to fit in a 13.2kW system by fully utilising our roof space and maximizing the solar output. We had some minor issues after the installation and it was rectified in a timely manner. They have certainly exceeded our expectation. Excellent quality high standard Solar

The whole experience of working with Adam Solar and the crew that fit the solar panels was an easy one. Great communications and customer service throughout.
It’s a difficult roof photograph because of the house architecture, but it blends in beautifully and uses the natural areas of sunlight on the roof which has multi facets.

Very satisfied customer

I went into this purchase knowing basically nothing about solar. Thanks to Google reviews I was put onto an excellent solar specialist in Adam Solar. My key take-away points that would be helpful to anyone looking to deal with Adam are:
- Great systems - the quote/design system was very clear and explained in great detail what options I was looking at.
- Great reference - we can all see the very high rating on their public reviews, but I came to find out that the previous occupant of the home I was installing solar on deals solar and works for a competitor. His words to me about my choice to go with Adam were in essence, "they're a very reputable and honest company, if they try and upsell you on something I'd suggest taking their advice". Then when looking at my quote he was pleased with the products and recommendations given by Adam.
- Great admin team - Adam and Esther both spent a lot of time explaining things to me and ultimately helping me be prepared for this installation.
Great electricians - the team that came to do the install were all very courteous, professional, and were happy to explain the new system in great detail.
This installation was a significant financial investment, one which I am very thankful had such a positive outcome. I have already recommended Adam Solar to my friends and believe that you will too if you choose to deal with them.

Adam Solar was highly recommended by my bestfriend who built in 2019. I know when she picks a company to go with, she has done her research. When i contacted Adam from Adam Solar to get a quote, i knew why she picked them for Solar. He was very professional and provided excellent service from the start even until after our solar was installed. Our Solar installation was delayed for 2 years due to building delays and Adam Solar kept in touch the whole way. They helped us get our grant extended and helped us with pricing noting how much materials and labour have increased in the last 2 years. I am so happy I chose them from the start and highly recommend them to anyone looking into geting Solar and battery.

Adam Solar was recommended by a friend, they were professional right from the start, very friendly and easy to deal with. Once installed I had problems with our power provider, their communication was non-existing, it took three weeks longer than it should have and Esther helped me to get my meter changed over. Adam attended our property to prepare the quote for us. We were given 2 quotes as requested so we can choose which systems fit our budget. Adam was engaging, well spoken and polite. He was more like a mate than a seller. Adam and his team are very professional and thorough. He and Esther communicate well with us during the whole process and always respond to our queries/emails within 24 hours. As our roof is steep and high, getting the panels installed was no mean feat. His installation team, Myles, Tony & Jye, did a great job especially the neat cabling that they made other past tradies' work looked so unpleasing to the eyes. A great experience from start to finish.

Adam and his team worked seamlessly to complete our solar job.

From the initial inquiry to job completion they were readily available and kept us in the loop.

We obtained a number of quotes, Adam wasn't pushy about us making a decision and was able to answer any queries about differences between the proposals promptly and clearly. He was available for site visits, online meetings, phone calls and emails and spent time considering the aesthetics as well as the functionality of placement of the conduit, inverters, etc. His follow up, post-installation, to check on our satisfaction is testament to his client commitment.

Our roof needed some work done prior to installation of the solar panels and when these works were delayed, Adam's team was able to reschedule our job to within a couple of weeks of the initial dates so we didn't have to wait too long.

The team installed the panels worked tirelessly and were friendly, efficient and professional.

I recently had a great experience with Adam Solar.

The panel installers were quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Although they are not the cheapest option on the market, I was willing to pay a bit more for better quality and I was not disappointed.

The installers arrived on time and were able to complete the installation quickly and with great attention to detail. The backup assistance provided by the company was also incredibly helpful.

The best guys in solar - Adam solar

I decided to go with Adam because of the reviews I read online. I can now confirm they are all true.
Being an electrician I would not have been the easiest customer. I have seen some poor installations from other companies and I was quite particular about what I wanted!
Adams installers were fantastic. They turned up when they said they would, worked hard, tidyed up and did a really neat job.
I haven't got anything negative to mention at all. I'm really impressed
Adam came out one evening and did the quote on-site, within 2 weeks the job was complete! I'm now making money from the sun, how good is that!!

Professional installation

When my solar system underperformed, Adam Solar attended and quickly diagnosed that one third of the panels had failed (Adam Solar did not install the old system). They provided a competitive quote (inverter, panels and smart meter) and remained in contact through to installation. The installers were punctual, polite and professional and did an excellent job. The new system is working well and the performance is easily monitored through the smart meter.

Reasonable price for one of the best installers with quality products and excellent service.

I had my 9.3kw system installed five years ago by Adam Solar. Right from the initial design stage through to installation and after sales service my experience with Adam Solar has been first class. Even five years later today I contacted him via the website email because one of my inverters wasn't working and the response was very prompt. Turned out the safety switch had tripped probably from a storm or something. That's the first time anything has gone wrong and it was doing what it was designed to do anyway. Flick the switch and away we go again.

They aren't the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and to send a message five years later and get prompt free advice is the sort of service that sets them apart from the competition.

Hats off to this company and thank you. I haven't stopped recommending this company since day one and won't be stopping anytime soon.

Fantastic Installer

Adam made the whole process of choosing a solar system very easy. He personally made himself available at any time for any questions I had and always checked to see if everything was proceeding well. I had total faith in the system that was recommended and never felt pressured.

The quote was the best price but it was the confidence I felt in Adam that lead me to choose Adam Solar to fit my system and I only had to wait three weeks for it to go on!

On the day of the installation, the tradesmen turned up right on time and worked very hard to have the system up promptly. We went through where we going to locate the inverter and I was very satisfied. They were an exceptional team and the best I have had to deal with. They were professional, approachable and went out of their way to help me. They went through everything with me including the phone app. for the system.
Esther was also wonderful to deal with and very patient. She rang me during the installation to check that everything was going smoothly and if I had any questions. Later I had a query about my app and she was onto it and rectified the problem immediately. It is these things that make a company exceptional. I have no problem at all in recommending Adam and his company Adam Solar for any solar system

Highly Recommend - Solar Made Easy

Adam and his team made choosing a solar system for our new home a breeze.

Adam personally visted our home and took the time to explain the process and worked out a system that suited our needs and budget.

Everything was explained in a manner that was informative without feeling pressured into making a decision.

The day of the install, x4 tradesman arrived at 7:30am and worked well past 6:30pm to install the entire x40 panel system in the one day (as bad weather was forecast for the remaing week)

The tradesman took the extra care to wrap their ladder with a rag to ensure there was no damage to the houses gutters or facias.

They also cleaned up all packaging and mess made during install before taking the time to give me the run down on the inverter shutdown procedure and the use of the "SolarWeb" app.

This was again followed up by adam personally via phone the next day to ensure I was happy with the install and to answer any questions I may of had.

I hold Adam and his team to the highest of regard for their communication, professionalism and quality of service.
