Access Energy is a solar energy company with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane; and it operates right across Australia. The company says that it can provide “affordable and ‘best fit’ engineered solutions; for making a green home, with solar power, solar hot water and rain water tanks.” They also say that they supply top ranked solar panels and premium hot water products, fully installed at very affordable prices. Access Energy says that their panels are covered by 25 year warranty and insurance. The company also says that they offer a full service from planning to complete installation.

I have been waiting for over 6 month's now and I have called, written and begged Access Energy Australia to come and fix this POS of a system. I paid for a top quality 3 phase and Solar power system but the very first time I need their help with a warranty issue they fail. First they don't even have representation in WA so most of the fault finding was done by myself monitoring the inverter fault report list and taking pictures for them. Then I find out that the inverter manufacturer won't honour it's warranty replacement policy and that they will only supply a factory refurbished inverter that looked like it had been sitting in a rubbish dump for the last 10 years. It took a month for it to arrive and once installed lasted only one day then died. JFY TECHNOLOGIES are the manufacturer of the inverter by the way and I have nothing good to say about them either. I can only say "do yourself a favour and DON'T DEAL WITH EITHER ONE OF THEM" or you'll regret it just like I do.

We have had a problem with our system for five months now .After numerous e/mails @ phone calls exchange forms for warranty our system is still not right .We are thinking of legal action to get our problem fixed cannot get a straight answer from Access Energy ,very PEED OFF with the lack of service

This company installed 245w panels instead of the ones on the contract - 250w. They gave us some money back but if the installer did not tell me they were 245w I might not have realised!
