Installer is informative and easy to talk to. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. Openly gave his recommendations and opinions re system design/type and roof location. Completed all necessary paperwork. Explained time frames and system operation.14 months later we asked John: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes. Our $ savings are in line with what I estimated using the on-line calculator. I had to make adjustments because of large Eucs to the Nth, which reduces production to a few kWh per day for 3mths in Winter. My neighbours system is in full sun all year. He has the same equip and capacity (installed by AV Elect also), and averages 5X higher in Winter and 10% higher Summer.
