The nature of the building (two story old house) made for a difficult installation. Despite being asked to visit the site before the quotation, Tas Solar Solutions were the only company prepared to undertake a site visit before submitting a quotation. After the site visit, Tas Solar Solutions acknowledged that the site visit modified their view on how difficult the installation would be and the capacity of the system that could be sustained. Clearly this was a major influence on my decision making as the other quotations received did not have regard to site conditions or limitations to the system capacity making the quotations meaningless.9 months later we asked Garry: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Not quite - at best on a good day the panels only generate at about 80% of capacity.31 July 2016

Matt made the process simple and he was very prompt in all responses. He was polite and efficient and the installation guys were the same. They CLEANED UP!!!8 months later we asked Geraldine: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

I would say they have given me the performance that I had Hoped For. Because we used Micro Inverters the system could be split across both tariffs thus giving us the best return for there production.02 March 2016

Now the job is done, I haven't heard boo from them, no thanks for the business or anything. I would have more questions but don't feel comfortable asking. Worksafe was here and apparently there are shortcomings, but they haven't been fixed as yet.

Thankyou for your feed back. Yes you had a lot of questions which we welcome to improve our customer relations. I believe calls were returned to you after the initial installation of the heat pump and 2 further site visits after installation. It is hard to answer all calls at the time they are made when the phones have been ringing not stop and quite often we are on other calls.There is an issue with one earth plate on the system which hasn't been rectified as yet as Tech Safe notify John and he has been away on holiday for the last 2-3 weeks.If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.05 October 2015
