DCS PV Series Home Battery
The DCS 15KWh PV Series battery is based on LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) technology and can be used for both hybrid and off-grid systems. DCS says it can be "supercharged" at up to 200Amps / 10.2kW and offers a continuous discharge of 250Amps / 12.8kW. Up to 10 of these packs can be connected in parallel without any additional hardware.
Apparently the systems can handle some pretty harsh conditions; with a IP-67 fully sealed design DCS says is suitable for salty coastal and dusty outback locations. It can tolerate up to 65 degrees C ambient temperatures and is compatible with " every" 48V inverter system on the market, including Victron, Selectronic, SMA, Outback, SolaX, Sungrow, Goodwe and others.
The DCS home battery measures 1271mm x 806mm x 205mm and weighs 190 kilograms.
Warranty Information
Deep Cycle Systems says it offers a 10-year unlimited cycle warranty, and guarantees the PV Series to be above 80% nominal capacity at the 10 year mark.
