Quality system and service!
I selected Polygon Energy because they provided the best advice and made several site inspections to work through my questions. One of my preferred components became unavailable and one of the Directors went the extra mile and was able to find the system I wanted; without me having to specifically request it. My very positive pre sales experience led me to purchase my solar system from Polygon Energy.The installation team was very professional and worked all day to finalise the job. Not only were they punctual and polite they kept me informed throughout the day and cleaned up very thoroughly. When the installation was complete they showed me the isolation process and how to use the monitoring application. In the days after the install they were monitoring my system and identified a problem and arranged a time to come back and adjust the system. I was impressed.
Their customer service has been fantastic from the initial contact to after installation service. I highly recommend Polygon Energy and I would use them again. Thank you!

Smooth Process
The whole process ran smoothly. The company was very informative and answered my questions in a very timely manner.15 September 2023
Good installer but waiting to see the results
I am happy with install and communication. But some parts of the install I was not properly advised. I knew at first day install before start.
Great service
Polygon staff responded quickly to my enquiry and did a site visit the next day. I appreciated the face to face explanation about my proposed system. Felt very confident to go forward with the company. They took care of all the applications and paperwork needed and installed the system as soon as all approvals etc had been secured.Positive install experience with the electricians also able to explain the system.
After install response has been great as there was an issue with the app. Resolved as far as possible.
