Professional and efficient
Quoting process was smooth. I did not consider the one installation company that did not attend my property. The other two provided competitive quotes with high quality systems and their reps were both very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The decision was extremely close. I chose LV Renewables on the basis of the quote, as the panels and inverter were of a similar quality. Installation by LV was very timely and post installation service has been excellent. We have deferred a decision on a battery for around 12 months to determine exactly what our requirements are.
Great communication quick to answer questions
I installed the Goldilocks system not to cheap not to expensiveThe installer answered all questions and took the time to visit site twice to ensure we could install the optimal system for my situation (having to work around a hot water panel on limited roof space)
This resulted in not just an optimal but very clean/tidy install.
